To be honest, I dislike going to car dealerships. The sales forces are always pushy and jump on you as you walk in through the door. I had a bad experience at Hyundai 112, I decided to go to Atlantic Hyundai. When my wife & I walked in around 8:15pm we were greeted by Lindsay. I explained that I was here for a new car that I would like a Atlantic Hyundai. When my wife & I walked in around 8:15pm we were greeted by Lindsay. I explained that I was here for a new car that I would like a Hyundai Elantra. Only criteria I had was it had to be red & an automatic transmission. Lindsay said that was easy enough have plenty of them. My only concern was if Hyundai 112 screwed with my credit cause I was already approved. She assured me that they could not have. I explained about my experience I had at 112, Lindsay was very compassionate & understanding. She worked out the best deal for what I was working with explained warranties and perks Hyundai gives their customers. Lindsay is a great asset to your company. What I really enjoyed most about Atlantic Hyundai was we were there waiting for the car to be prepped & all the i's dotted & t's crossed my 18 month old grandson was with us. Here it is after 10, when you close at 9 all associates still there were playing with him & keeping him busy. That late at night you know how cranky babies can be. I can't speak highly enough about the most pleasant, efficient people (as sighted above) that made my purchase a sheer pleasure. I was truly blown away! I did encounter a problem with a steering pump leak the first day I owned the vehicle and immediatley told Ana Lopez the next day while at the dealership to give them a cashiers check in full payment of the vehicle. She called John Grasso in the Service Dept. and he took my car on the spot and repaired the problem. The steering pump was not put in correctley by the manufacturer and unfortunately leaked all over my brand new asphalt driveway which upset me because it took me years of saving to finally replace the driveway. This was not any fault of the dealership but rather a quality control issue with Hyundai. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More
