Kenny in the finance department went to war to get us the best bang for our buck. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the quality of service from Ana & Kenny. NOTE: The ONLY down side to our experience was Ana’s manager for some reason (she would not tell us) made her visible upset to the point where her hands were noticeably shaking as she wrote up our contract after she and Kenny went to him for approval. We could tell that something was wrong during their conversation because he was raising his voice and she was apologizing but couldn’t make out what it was. If there was a problem he should have waited until customers were not present to voice his concerns. More

I AM A THIRD TIME BUYER AT YOUR SHOWROOM.Farrell was just great ,very patient with us on his day off he picked me up at Fusion because I had to return my car back to them he waited with me for over an hou great ,very patient with us on his day off he picked me up at Fusion because I had to return my car back to them he waited with me for over an hour until my lease was returned then drove me to pick up my new leased car at your showroom. He went over all the paperwork & also all aspects of of the new car in detail .All in all it was a pleasant experience. Again Farrell was great a real salesman with personality.
