The dealership: •Extraordinary,exemplary service from Chris Mooney and Farrell Shapiro - both an incredible credit to Hyundai •We travel a long distance (past 5 other Hyundai dealers) to Atlantic •Chris and Farrell: professional, engaged, trustworthy, honest, nonaggressive, made sure that we felt welcomed and taken care at the highest level we have ever experienced at a car dealership •Every employee at this dealership looks happy to be there which conveys an environment of joy and friendliness •No question goes unanswered - these two guys go the extra mile every moment - their approach should be the model for all employees nationwide •Physical environment is immaculate and inviting - general employee approach is not aggressive but is helpful and friendly •Neither my husband nor myself will ever buy a car anywhere else but at Atlantic - our 7th, 8th and forever! Please do all possible to credit Chris and Farrell with the compliments that they so richly deserve. The car: •Design is cutting edge •Ride is perfect •Safety features, i.e., engine mounting etc., are top of the line •Speaks the "voice" of Hyundai in a beautiful way •One problem: The Bluelink feature blows my mind. We did not know about Bluelink until Farrell showed us the feature. Hyundai does not market this feature to the extent that it should be marketed as it is extraordinary! Please consider featuring Bluelink more prominently in your print ads. In closing, as a professional customer service analyst for decades, (Gucci, Audemars Piguet, Dior, Cartier, Patek Phillippe, Celine etc,), I can tell you that NO ONE is better than Chris and Farrell. Our dealer Sam, was very patient and with us as he took the time to explain everything we didn't know about the car. He kept his word when he said that I was going to get that car. I just didn't believe him at the time. I had to many negative rejections in my past due to my fair credit. Anyway, I want to thank him and everyone from atlantic Hyundai for making this dream a possible for me. With a fair credit under my belt it is always hard to obtain opportunities like these.
