Someone better call me back soon left my number can’t get a manager by the name of Tim was told he was on vacation then was told he left early because he was not feeling well. It’s terrible that I am being ignored and my father has been taken advantage of. it’s disgusting what the dealership did. The first used car they sold him had him drive with an engine that after 2 days stopped working took it back and instead they somehow convinced him to purchase a new 2024’car. So. Now my 80 year old dad owns 2 cars are you kidding right now??? Disgusting & Shame on you. More
It’s been 9 months since I bought my car here. The car didn’t have the rugs and they were supposed to mail them to me. I decided to call the main number so I could speak to the sales manager. I called for 2 weeks and every time I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the sales manager only to be transferred to a line that just rings and rings with no voicemail. The receptionist also asked if she could give them a message and I agreed. Still nothing. I decided to try the General Manager and same thing. Finally after leaving a negative Google review the GM called me. He said he would have someone call me to remedy my situation. I finally got a call from someone claiming to be a “customer service manager”. She seemed sincere at first until she told me that she needs me to take down the review before she could help me. She said if I take it down she will immediately send me a tracking number. I told her that after all they put me through I didn’t trust that would happen. After 10 minutes of trying to persuade me she said she would call me back. That was 5 months ago. I guess they are hoping I will just go away. Not likely!! I’ve seen a few of the many (and deservedly so) negative reviews for this place and they all end with an insincere message from management to call them. This is the same manager I couldn’t get a hold of when I needed them. I now understand why this manager never reached out to me. She is too busy replying to negative reviews. More

The issues began when I purchased a vehicle from Atlantic Hyundai, initially navigating a seemingly smooth sales process. Unfortunately, my optimism quickly waned when I discovered a part missing from my newly acquired vehicle. Despite assurances from the dealership that the part would be provided within a week, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse. Numerous attempts to follow up on the missing part were met with evasive responses and unfulfilled promises from the staff at Atlantic Hyundai. Responsibility was shuffled around and the promised timelines were consistently broken. It became increasingly clear that the dealership had no intention of fulfilling their commitment to provide the missing part. Seeking resolution, I escalated the matter to higher management, only to encounter the same lack of accountability. Atlantic Hyundai appeared more interested in deflecting blame than in addressing the issue at hand. It became evident that their focus was primarily on closing deals rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Adding to my frustration, when I expressed my concerns on social media and review platforms, Atlantic Hyundai responded with generic and insincere apologies, accompanied by empty promises to rectify the situation. Despite their assurances, weeks turned into months with no tangible resolution. Prospective customers should exercise caution when considering Atlantic Hyundai for their automotive needs. The lack of integrity and accountability exhibited by this dealership is alarming. If honesty and transparency are priorities for you in your transactions, I strongly recommend exploring alternative options. Atlantic Hyundai has proven themselves to be an unreliable and untrustworthy establishment, and it is my hope that others will be spared the disappointment of falling victim to their deceptive practices. Just left the showroom after working with Omar for an hour and forty minutes…only be told that the finance package for the car I wanted was not an option at all…after getting appropriately upset the well hour and forty minutes…only be told that the finance package for the car I wanted was not an option at all…after getting appropriately upset the well dressed bearded finance manager came out to talk to me. His first words to me were…”ok, here’s the deal…” not I’m sorry for the confusion and inconvenience for being lied to for an hour and a half. He then said, “are you going to let me speak!?” Which I replied…maybe after an apology for being lied to for 90 minutes. He then smirked and said “I’m sorry and have a nice day.” People going into this dealership should be prepared for these tactics, incompetence and complete lack of customer service. Think twice before you go this dealership. Would love to hear from owner if he is interested in making this right. Omar and Brenda have my info from my 315pm appointment on 1/2/24. I just had a horrible purchasing experience at Atlantic Hyundai! Sandra Redway and her Sales Manager agreed to a price of $33,315 but when they wrote up the paperwork, they jacked up the price by $1,500. Hyundai! Their digital lease agreement doesn't allow you to see the agreed upon price when you are signing the paperwork. Once I got home, I saw that they overcharged me. I gave them the opportunity to make it right but they decided to cheat me out of $1,500 instead. BEWARE of this dealership! Afterwards, they told me they lost money on this car but meanwhile they sold it to me for over the dealer invoice price. This proves they are dishonest and have no problem cheating their customers out of $1,500. Please don't give them your business. More
