Came to this dealership after having a very bad experience at another dealership 40 miles to the east. At Atlantic I ran into a a Character named Patsy. Character intentionally capitalized because experience at another dealership 40 miles to the east. At Atlantic I ran into a a Character named Patsy. Character intentionally capitalized because he is truly one of a kind. I found Patsy to be right up front with me. There were some things that I pressed him on, because after all, he is a car salesman. The difference between Patsy and the others was that he listened. When I was right, he acknowledged, and when I was wrong, he explained. He did not try to patronize or make me feel as if I didn't know anything. He had patience with me. I'm not an easy customer. I admit that. Some of the methods that car dealerships use, I question. We worked through them. Never did he make me feel as though my concerns were frivolous. Patsy is genuine. He is not a phony.
