I went in for an oil change and car wash. The oil was changed in about 15 minutes and they returned my car. After leaving I noticed the car was not washed, I returned and told the service manager and he changed in about 15 minutes and they returned my car. He said they were drying the car. After 1/2 hour I went to the cashier and she asked if it was an Azera? I said yes and she told me it was outside. I was not too happy. My wife and I are going to buy a new Sonata in the spring, guess where we are not buying it, you are right. More

This dealership was very friendly especially Bob Breinlinger our sales person. He was not pushy or arrogant like the other dealerships we been to. Although my overall experience was terrific I am not happy about the price I paid for the car. I am not sure if not having cash to put down but financing instead was a factor. I do agree that Emily the sales rep was wonderful except for the price. Unfortunately after the fact of purchasing the car I am finding the same car and package lower at other dealers and this is upsetting. More

I was a great experience doing business with Atlantic Hyundai. My sales person Mr. Jonathan Pelc is an outstanding person: efficient, friendly, kind and not "pushing". I've had to take my pre-owned Hyundai Sonata to service four times since I purchased it on Nov. 17th. My salesman told me that my car had a back-up camera, which I later found out it did not. The cargo net four times since I purchased it on Nov. 17th. My salesman told me that my car had a back-up camera, which I later found out it did not. The cargo net in the trunk was not hooked up, so he said someone from service would hook it up before I left the showroom. When I got home, I saw that the cargo net was still laying in the trunk with no way to hook it up. When I tried to use the Bluetooth to make a call, it wouldn't work. When I tried to save an address in my navigation system, it wouldn't save. My car had tinted windows. The first time I drove it at night, I realized I couldn't see out the back window. It was extremely dark and everything behind me was blurred. A few days later, the "Check engine light" came on. On Dec. 6 I had to take a day off from work to bring my car to service. They had my car for seven hours. The technician verified that the turbo needed adjustment. I was told that the Bluetooth was operating as designed and that the Navigation was unable to save addresses because the directory was full...full of the addresses from the prior car owner. I would think that the Navigation would have been checked and cleaned out before selling the car to me. After more than 7 hours, I was told the Bluetooth and navigation were fixed, the cargo net hooked up, but they hadn't had time to remove the window tint. I tried the Bluetooth the next day, and the phone still didn't work. On Dec. 26 I returned to have the window tint removed and the Bluetooth fixed. A beautiful job was done on the windows. A new Bluetooth/radio/navigation system had to be ordered. That was put in on my third visit. Next, the Air Bag light went on. I returned to service Jan. 12 when the weight classification for the passenger seat had to be reset. John Chandler, was an outstanding service consultant. He was friendly and explained some things about the car to me. More
