Everything about my experience at Atlantic was FANTASTIC! they talk about making YOU happy & putting YOU in the right car for the right price, so they REALLY DO, "walk the walk". It's NOT all about THEM (unheard of in todays world, let alone a car dealership). Everyone I encountered that day (1/26/13) was pleasant with a good amount of humor to go along with their knowledge of all the vehicles. I came out of there with the car I wanted for a very good price, a BEAUTIFUL 2013 Sonata GLS...AWESOME car, very well equipped. I can't say enough about my salesperson, Emily Vargas, she is KNOWLEDGEABLE, first and foremost, kind, & genuine & if you have any sense of judgement...you feel it right away. She seems to be the type that will go out of her way for anyone & you get the feeling it's not only in her profession. I left with a number of her business cards to give to anyone I know that is interested in a Hyundai, a very pleasant experience overall. However, I saw that Chris Mooney was very busy when I left, so I didn't want to bother him...nice guy! I will be expecting him to send me a FRAMED & SIGNED 8x10 photo, as I never got the chance to have my picture taken with the commercial celeb. Make sure it's bubble wrapped so it doesn't break in transit. Thank you all very much, no wonder to me why you guy's are the # 1 Hyundai dealership in the country! P.S. my sincere congrat's to Roldy Jeanlouis on his new promotion, another nice person I encountered. O.K I'm going to wrap this up now, starting to sound a little too obsessed with you all. GO TO ATLANTIC, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY! More
The dealership is awful. The price for my leased vehicles was good but that's where it ends. It took seven hours to complete the purchases. It was grueling. I am still waiting for my Hurricane Sandy rebates but I have been unable to find out anything. The Finance Department does not even answer the telephone. I sent a complaint to Hyundai North America and will submit the same to New York State. AVOID! More
Vic was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I came in with a specific kind of car I needed and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I had an appt for 3 pm and I got there ontime, I had to wait 10 minuets to get checked in and then a little more than 50 minutes for an oil change. If I was not getting it done for FREE as part of the the wait 10 minuets to get checked in and then a little more than 50 minutes for an oil change. If I was not getting it done for FREE as part of the the lease agreement, I would not have gone there. I prefer to use Midas or Meineke, most of them offer a free tire rotation with an oil change for around $19.95 - $21.95. Also the dealership does NOT offer any appts for after 3 pm whereas Midas and Mieneke you can get there as late as 5:30 pm, which is better when most people work till 5 pm. More

Had an inspection done. In less then an hour. Only problem was I waited on line outside at 6 am to be one of the first ones in. Ed Brightman was extremely courteous and very helpful and straightforward. The dealership was open and clean and organized and not noisy like the horrid Honda place down the road, so I could concentrate on straightforward. The car I purchased(Sonata 2013)was a good price and seems to be just what I had been looking for. Everything was explained and I have no complaints and will recommend Mr. Brightman and/or Atlantic Hyundai to my friends when they are looking for cars. More
Purchasing a car often is stressful, but I must admit that this time the process was smooth. John Livesey was an extremely friendly salesman. He wasn't overly agressive, instead he simply answered my questions, allowed me to test drive vehicles, and patiently allowed me to decide on my purchase. Overall, the negotiation over the price worked out in a fair and timely manner. Mr. Livesey explained all the costs involved and helped my wife and I stay within our budget. John even convinced us to finance through Hyundai. We were unsure at first, but Mr. Livesey took the time to explain the advantages. In the end we purchased a 2013 Elantra GT. The car rides great. The price was amazing. More
I had a problem with your quick oil change adviser Carlos.We had a couple of words and he raised his voice in front of other customers so I did as well.I explained to him that what HE TOLD ME WAS NOT Carlos.We had a couple of words and he raised his voice in front of other customers so I did as well.I explained to him that what HE TOLD ME WAS NOT THE SAME AS WHAT THE BILL SHOWED. He obviously made a mistake but he wouldn't admit it. Some other adviser I believe named John gave me a coupon for a free oil change for the next visit. I arrived at 10:00am for the oil change and didn't get out of the dealership until 12:20 that's a long time for just an oil change so this is why I would not recommend the dealership as well as having a problem with an adviser. More
