Another great experience with Bob Breinlinger Just turned in my 2011 Sonata lease and leased a new 2014. Rip off My daughter brought in her car for a routine 15,000 mile service. I priced this service at another dealer and it was 299.00. Her bill was 397.00. When I questioned the difference the dealer rep. explained that their service includes more than the manufacturer suggests so there was the additional cost. Routine service should be consistent, not with multiple padded additions. At least an explanation before should be given- that they are doing above and beyond the manufacturer suggestions so they are going to charge 25% more. More
