Your friend at first and then... A big F U Paid $7000.00 cash for a car here and had the friendly service we all get when we walk into a place with money to spend. I got a used car from them an Paid $7000.00 cash for a car here and had the friendly service we all get when we walk into a place with money to spend. I got a used car from them and paid it off in cash . Two months from the date of sale the car died. I called them up and got the most nasty rude manager on the phone . Didn't offer me one thing. I didn't want a refund. Just a tow into his place to see if they could help me out beings they sold me a car that was ready to die. I would have paid something and hoped they would have met me in the middle or at the very least tow me in and try something. All I got was a nasty reply telling me you only have 30 days or 1000 miles. This may be true as I couldn't afford the 2800.00 warranty they were trying to sell me. I couldn't afford it at the time and wanted to shop around for one cheaper. Never knowing within two months I would be sitting on the side of a highway with a blown head gasket. Sometimes it's nice to get kindness after you spend your money and at this place all you will get is heartless. I did get rid of the car at "Smithtown Toyota" they gave me as a trade in just about what I paid for it and a great deal on a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty . I will never recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing I will say is that Anna Lopez in your sales dept was a pleasure. Too bad her name is not listed below. And as far as the service dept goes... Time for a change unless you like loosing customers. I spoke to a john and a mike. More
