Going to Hyundai Atlantic, where I had bought 3 new cars for my family members in the past, was a definite. However, this experience was the best. My sales person, Russell Williamson, came outside in the lot on the day I was just there ogling all the cars with no definite plan. He showed me numerous cars and even encouraged me to test drive one. We went back to the office and he gathered information to get my paperwork going. He let me trade in my beloved Mitsubishi Galant, which was extremely beneficial. He also worked hand in hand with Russ Archer from Finance, to ensure I got the best deal for financing.I wanted a low APR loan, close to what the credit union offered. Russ Archer made it happen! The day came for me to get my car, and Russell Willisamson did something none of the other sales reps had done in previous purchases of cars. He actually walked me to my new car and got in with me and showed me how to use all the controls as well as the XM radio. He pared my cell phone. He did everything!! I was so impressed! He scheduled me to come back 2 weeks later to have my automatic start/alarm installed. He got me a rental car for the day the installation would occur, as I work every day and could NOT be without a car. From beginning to end, this sales rep, Russell Williamson, was EXCELLENT. I will be sending my husband & my parents to him in the upcoming months as they are looking to trade in their cars and drive away with something new.
