We specifcally requested NEFCU, which we are members and have always had our car loans. We found the dealership from Groovecar. After waiting for five hours we were presented a loan package from a bank from Ohio. This finance guy said that they were unable to get a NEFCU loan which we found out to be total BS. We are now refinancing. I wish I did not leave this auto dealership with out feeling used by their finace guy. More
