Dealership shows you there price for a car. Than says that's the price after a 1995.00 down payment. When I texted them and asked them what price was the car they would not answer the question. I cant even tell you how easy, quick and painless the process was. Ed was quick to answer any questions we had and gave us inventory updates whenever we saw something we liked. I remember waiting at the dealership for hours the last time i bought a car. We were in and out with our new car in a fraction of that. I love my new car and would be delighted and proud to recommend Ed to anyone looking. He's super nice, up front and made the experience actually enjoyable. More

Absolutely the worst service department possible. My airbag light has been on since I purchased my car new. I’ve been told time and time again it’s an issue with the seatbelt, which I have replaced 4 My airbag light has been on since I purchased my car new. I’ve been told time and time again it’s an issue with the seatbelt, which I have replaced 4 times at a cost of over $1600, to have the problem immediately return after the seat was moved by my wife then back by myself. At one point I was given a service bulletin from Hyundai 15-BE-002, that clearly says the airbag light may go on and when the computer is scanned the code indicates a resistance issue with the seatbelt, but it’s in fact a faulty connection under the seat. This came right from Hyundai Corporate and made perfect sense since it always occurred when the seat moved and loosened the connection. Yet they continued to insist it was the buckle, probably because their mechanics are trained to just follow whatever the computer code says. Have brought it in to be fixed 11 times. The car has been at the dealership a total of 97 days to have this problem rectified. The most recent time for 56 days to only be called the other day and told they did nothing, I could pick up my car. The only reason I brought it in the last time was, because after writing a review of my experience, they begged me to bring it in and they promise to finally fix it right. They even tried to get me to change my review multiple times, before I even brought it back and before it was obviously fixed. They never seemed to care, before they got a negative review. Most importantly and sadly, on multiple occasions during the most recent time in the shop, I was told that my airbag would have never deployed if the light was on (which it has been for 75% of the cars life), but I shouldn’t be concerned cause they maintain that the first line of defense is the seatbelt. Which keep in mind they continue to say is the problem, have replaced 4 times and told me an additional 3 times I needed to replace. But come on down and pick up your car with no airbag or working seatbelt, we can’t help you. I purchased the car from Atlantic Hyundai and have always had it dealer serviced. They do not stand behind the cars they sell nor the service they perform. Sell unsafe vehicles, charge the customer to make them safe, while never actually doing it. In addition I had an issue with the gas tank overflowing onto the side of the car, the ground and myself. I brought the car in 7 times for this issue. The month after my extended warranty ended they finally were able to determine the issue, the previous times they could not. I needed to replace the gas tank, I paid $2800 to complete all the repairs associated with this issue. During the most recent visit which I described above they told me I needed to replace the gas tank again, they just replaced 17k miles ago at a cost of $1400. Just another unsafe issue, they charge the customer to fix, while never actually fixing it. When I pointed this out, they told me at the least I needed to pay $400 in labor for them to remove the tank to see if they fixed it correctly the first time. This place just cares about money, not the product they sell nor their customers. Real shame too as I have purchased 5 Hyundais, and probably would never buy one again. At least from Atlantic Hyundai. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else. More
