I have given this dealership good reviews in the past, but not so much this time. I took my vehicle in for only one thing. That was to fix the recall for the steering wheel grease. However, I was tol but not so much this time. I took my vehicle in for only one thing. That was to fix the recall for the steering wheel grease. However, I was told they also replaced the battery. I had the vehicle for only 9 months, and took it in 7 weeks prior to this visit for a maintenance checkup, and all the results came back ok, with no issues. So on this visit I was surprised when I was told they replaced the battery for free because the vehicle is still under warranty, but next time I would have to pay for a new battery. My complaint is...even if a vehicle is still under warranty, the customer should be notified before any work/change is done, so they can make a decision before going forward. The customer should not be notifed after the fact. More
