2 hours for a scheduled oil change! What is the point in making an appointment with this service department if they are going to overbook and take walk ups that kept me there for 2 hours What is the point in making an appointment with this service department if they are going to overbook and take walk ups that kept me there for 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation?? I had to get up and ask after sitting there like an idiot for an hour and fifteen minutes. I am insulted you ask for names because I do not feel it is the service person's fault. He was sympathetic and kind but my perception is that Honda has a policy of putting their scheduled customer last. I'm not giving stars for being disgusted. My time is just as valuable as theirs, I won't waste it here when my lease is up! More
Exceptional Service at a First-Rate Kind of Place I recently bought a pre-owned 2012 Honda Civic from this dealership and couldn't be anymore happier ! This is the second time I purchased a Honda but the first time I did so with this dealership and let me just say that there is no comparison between the first dealership I went to and this one. The staff at Atlantic Honda is very friendly and I really love the fact that they offer to wash your car after each service. Also, just shortly after purchasing my vehicle there was an issue with the remote starter and after speaking to Richard LoBraico the issue was taken care of immediately AND at no charge! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE believe me when I say that you should buy your vehicle from this place. You will not be disappointed. If I could I would buy another car from this dealership because the vehicle selection there is amazing and the service is incredible. More

Larry directed me to speak with Richie, who also assured me not to worry. Rich went out of his way to make sure my vehicle got back to alantic honda and made all necessary repairs to my vehicle!!! Also making sure while my truck was being fixed i still had means of transportation with one of their loaner vehicles. So long story short I needed help and Richie and larry were right there for me!!! Thanks guys you are greatly appreciated! ! More

On Thursday when I found my car became choking and the check engine light was on, I then went to Atlentic Honda service. Pete checked my car and found that the PCM needed to be replaced and began to order it. When I came back again to take my car on Saturday, the service advisor was off on the day. Pete explained to me everything he did to fix my car and gave me a very fair price. My car is perfact now and I feel I was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Pete, I received great service and would highly recommend this service to others and definitely will be back again! More

My last experience they didn't even perform the oil change, even though they were kind enough to put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of my next needed oil change. There time parameters are absurd- an hour to do an oil change, two hours for front brakes. If the mechanics are certified, how could it take that long? it is just a scam to have the service assistant try to recommend unwarranted maintenance. Look at your owners manual- not there suggestions. They don't even care regarding your dissatisfaction, the service manager called me back but was less than enthusiastic about correcting there lack of service. He just wanted to get off the phone. I have visited the dealership for oil changes and each time it was a great experience. Today, I had an oil change and tire rotation. The employees here are very friendly and happy. They have complimentary massage and manicure while you wait. The wait is always pleasurable. (and I don't generally like to wait) However, they make the wait so easy. I purchased my car from Larry Ellis and could not be happier with his assistance and efficient assistance. When I bring my car in, I usually see Rob Graygor........(service advisor). He makes the paperwork and recommendations quickly and efficiently. The lovely and friendly girls that schedule the service appointments and take care of your bill with you are remarkable. The restrooms are spotless. I love this place and it is run with professionalism and efficiency that is hard to find...or should I say impossible. Keep up the good work Atlantic Honda in Bayshore! Hi, After spending the last four years bringing my 2000 Hi, After spending the last four years bringing my 2000 Honda Accord to a local repair shop I had decided to bring it to Atlantic Honda. The reason Hi, After spending the last four years bringing my 2000 Honda Accord to a local repair shop I had decided to bring it to Atlantic Honda. The reason was the local repair shop could not service what they had diagnosed as a major transmission issue. Additionally the current management did not treat me as a respected customer. I brought my car in the first time with Rob Grayor on May 13, 2013 and I have to say the service was excellent. He had put me at ease because it was not a major transmission issue and there was additional work that needed to done. The total cost for all the maintenance was less than what I would have paid at the local repair shop. On June 11, I was back again and met with Alex Tinnirello, this time my check engine light was on and I had a feeling it was an exhaust issue because the car sounded louder. In the end, the entire exhaust system needed to replaced. I appreciate Alex’s compassion. If anything I have learned over the years is that it is just a car. The car is 13 years old and only 61,000 miles on it. I am the second owner of the car. I just want to say thank you and you have a new customer. When it comes time for me to purchase my next vehicle, I will go to Atlantic Honda first. Thanks, Neil More
