2012 Insight Service I brought my 2012 Insight in for a service light and it turns out that a defective spark plug caused damage to the motor. Before I bought the car my s I brought my 2012 Insight in for a service light and it turns out that a defective spark plug caused damage to the motor. Before I bought the car my salesman (Anthony Cucinella) expressed the benefits of buying a certified Honda instead of a non-certified. It turns out that the motor had to be replaced and I was worried about out of pocket costs and how long I would be without a car. Not having any loaner cars available, Liz Murphy knowing my concerns made sure I was able to get a loaner car for as long as I needed until the motor issue was rectified. Nick Squeo kept me posted every step of the way and I was happy to receive a call from Nick letting me know that Honda was putting a new motor into my car without any out of pocket costs. Now my car is running better than ever thanks to the Atlantic Honda Team. I want to thank Anthony for advising me on a smart purchase, Liz for going the extra mile to make sure that I had a loaner vehicle, Nick for his knowledge and excellent communication and the unknown technician who did an excellent job.
