Window rattles I own a 2016 Honda Pilot. I took my car in for oil service and told the tech that the window made an unusual snapping sound when opening. After lookin I own a 2016 Honda Pilot. I took my car in for oil service and told the tech that the window made an unusual snapping sound when opening. After looking at the situation they told me that there was an advisory bulletin and they were going to replace what they called "runners" in all four windows. After this procedure I noticed that my car windows now rattled when left open and driving on uneven roads. I brought the car back and after they looked at it I was told this was normal. In fact they claimed all windows rattle. They even told me that the Acura car windows rattle. All they could do was grease the windows. The problem was not resolved. I contacted Honda corporate office and was told if I was not satisfied I should go to another Honda service shop. I went o another shop and they took my concern seriously. They road test the car agreed that there was a problem and contacted Honda technical services. They were advised to take the doors apart and tighten the window channels. Problem solved. I then contacted Atlantic Honda to advise them of the results and if they had any comment. They did not return my request for any input. More
Actual service nightmareAtlantic Honda Bayshore Long Island Car went into for 30,000 mile service, part of that service was to lubricate all door hinges including hatchback and weatherstripping. Apparently they used a silicone spray which left and after spray on my interior backseats front seats dashboard hatchback panels very difficult to remove very careless on their part .spoke with service manager not happy at all More

I have to honestly say, this time around the staff was very professional and my Service Advisor- David Schweitzer was well spoken, very kind and professional. My previous experiences there weren't as pleasant. Everything seemed to be disorganized at that service center. It wasn't' very welcoming, the staff lacked interaction with the customers. Thank you David and Atlantic Honda for the changes made. It's a huge difference. All the best to you David until my next oil change. More

I am very happy with my car. I did have a problem with the trunk and I took it in for service and Romeo and Alex helped me and they to were great. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes and I was out.
