A Well Oiled Operation Bernie Ocasio, Service Writer at Atlantic Honda was a complete and total professional during my visit. This gentleman addressed all of my concerns bef Bernie Ocasio, Service Writer at Atlantic Honda was a complete and total professional during my visit. This gentleman addressed all of my concerns before having my vehicle serviced and followed up with me on the phone with the recommendations from the service technician. He clearly explained all of my options to me. Bernie couldn't do enough for me and made me feel like we were life long friends. Went to pick-up the car on Sunday and Rich Lobraico who happened to be at the podium went out of his way to make sure all of my concerns were met and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I will not bring my car anywhere else to have it serviced. Awesome operation! Thank you both Bernie and Rich!! More

Unnecessary soliciting of services I was disappointed in the service I received from Atlanta Honda. I brought my car in for battery Sensor recall. I also had them change the oil. They c I was disappointed in the service I received from Atlanta Honda. I brought my car in for battery Sensor recall. I also had them change the oil. They called me back and told me I needed to have my tires rotated. At first I thought they were mistaken. I Explain to them they may have gotten the wrong car They insisted that my tires need to be rotated. However I just purchased 4 brand new tires for that vehicle a month ago.( less then 1000 miles on them) Then they proceeded to ask if I purchased the tires through Honda. That should not make a difference. However they really did not look at the car and I felt I was being scammed. I would not bring my car back there for service again. It's a shame that you would really try to take advantage of your customers. I own two Honda's currently. And I previously had another Honda. Honda makes a great vehicle. However Atlantic Honda really disappointed me. More

I was not given what we discussed. Was offered 1 deal and the next day when I said ok it was not even close to what he disclosed to me. Called him and he was bothered by my call. Both were to call me back and birthing yet Great credit so that's not the issue. Oh yeah, when I first met him he informed me my prior sales man doesnt work there anymore . Guess what, he still does. Dishonesty at its finest. More
