Outstanding Service I have had my Honda Odyssey serviced at Atlantic Honda since the vehicle was purchased in 2007. I have found the service to be first rate and the advi I have had my Honda Odyssey serviced at Atlantic Honda since the vehicle was purchased in 2007. I have found the service to be first rate and the advisors friendly. My last three service visits have been with Alex Tinnirello as my service advisor. Each time Alex was able to get the van in the same day and provide a loaner car when needed. In each instance the service departments team of technicians were able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. Mr. Tinnirello is an asset to Atlantic Honda's Service Department. I have purchased two vehicles at Atlantic Honda and will continue to buy and service my vehicles there. More

It was su After purchasing a certified Honda Odyssey after a year I brought in vehicle for inspection. Found out my rear brakes needed to be replaced. It was supposed to be replaced when I purchased the vehicle as a certified vehicle but with only after 11 000 miles it was determined that they were not. It might have been an oversight but after explaining to Alex that they should have lasted a lot longer than that he was able to plead my case with Rich and he didn't hesitate to cover the cost of replacing them. Thanks to the service of Alex and Rich I am a happy Honda customer. More

Very happy with service on my pilot I hadn't even owned my 2011 Honda Pilot for a year and it was already having several problems. I understand that I didn't purchase the extended warran I hadn't even owned my 2011 Honda Pilot for a year and it was already having several problems. I understand that I didn't purchase the extended warranty but, considering the truck was supposedly certified when I purchased it and I haven't owned it for a year yet, I felt that a fairly new truck should not have had as many problems that it was having. I had brought my truck to the Atlantic Honda service center where they had told me what would need to be replaced on my truck and how much it would cost. Of course I was not happy with the outcome. To make a very long story short, after I had opened up a case with the Honda warranty center, I then returned back to the service center at Atlantic Honda and dealt with Slava. He then spoke to the customer representative at the warranty center. The warranty center worked out a price for me, which I was very satisfied with, and I made the appointment with Slava to bring my truck in for service. I understand that the customer service representative at the warranty center was the one who gave me the price that they gave me to get my truck fixed, but everything extra that I chose to get done on my truck that day was my choice and in the end, for all the work I had done to my truck, and the total amount that I payed for everything, it was unbelievably fair, thanks to Slava. Besides the warranty center, he as well worked out a great price for me for the extra work I had done that day. He was such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He was by far the best service advisor that I've ever dealt with at Atlantic Honda because of his kindness, and because of him, he is the reason why I will return to Atlantic Honda whether it'd be to service my truck or for a new purchase. Very Happy Customer My daughter went into Atlantic Honda with my wife's 2011 CRV that we had picked up this April because the battery had gone dead. She was told batteri My daughter went into Atlantic Honda with my wife's 2011 CRV that we had picked up this April because the battery had gone dead. She was told batteries are not covered and that it would be $110 for a new one. I was upset because we hadn't yet had the car for 90 days and felt that something should be done. I went in and saw Richard LoBraico (The Pre-owned manager), who told me that even though batteries are not generally covered, he was going to take care of it for me. He was a real gentleman and I was very happy with his response. I previously bought 2 new cars, and most recently the 2011 CRV from Atlantic Honda. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My sincere thanks, Bob Russell More
I needed new front and back brakes. I brought my preowned Honda Pilot for an oil change. The service manager said I need new brakes. When we purchased the car in August of 2014, we wer I brought my preowned Honda Pilot for an oil change. The service manager said I need new brakes. When we purchased the car in August of 2014, we were told the brakes were new. Needless to say, there was an overlook on the brakes. I questioned the preowned car manager and he was nice enought to take the time to look on my Pilot's file. Brakes were never replaced before we purchased it. So the Preowned Manager, Rich, called me at home, explained the situation and explained to me that Bayshore will install new front and rear brakes without charging me due to this oversight on the vehicle. My husband and I were extremely grateful and value the honesty of BayShore Honda. BayShore Honda has excellent customer service and we couldn't be happier. The brake service on my vehicle was also completed in a timely manner as well. We will only service our Pilot at BayShore Honda! More
