Quick response! Our daughter was visiting from out east and mentioned that her Pilot needed service. I went online and was able to get an appointment the next morning Our daughter was visiting from out east and mentioned that her Pilot needed service. Still waiting going on hour 3. Told it would take 45 minutes I was told my oil change would take 45 minutes. I had to go to desk after 2 hours and ask when my car would be done. I was then informed of 2 additi I was told my oil change would take 45 minutes. I had to go to desk after 2 hours and ask when my car would be done. I was then informed of 2 additional " recommended" services to be done. I agreed and sorry I did. Feeling taken and I'm still waiting for my car. More
