Great experience! awesome service staff! I had to take my car in for a maintenance issue. I was greeted first by service advisor, Alex Tinnirello, who winded up helping me for the remainder. He kept me up to date during the entire service of my car even though he seemed to be having a busy day. He also seemed to be very knowledgable when it came to thoroughly explaining all problems to me. He made sure everything was taken care of fast and extremely well. I felt very taken care of during my service at Atlantic honda. All staff was so polite. Honda has been running nice and smooth ever since. Wouldn't think twice about coming back! More

Promised price not given I arrived and was greeted by Bernie Ocasio, who was very polite and friendly. The beginning of my service was typical; I stated that I was there for a I arrived and was greeted by Bernie Ocasio, who was very polite and friendly. The beginning of my service was typical; I stated that I was there for an oil change and an inspection. I was one of the first three cars there, so he said it would be about 45 minutes and an extra 15-20 minutes if I was hoping to have my car washed. After about 45 minutes, he came out to tell me there were a couple of optional things I could do, but there was also a nail in the side wall of my right rear tire, and that had to be done. I said I preferred to go to Costco for tires because of their pricing and warranty. Bernie explained that my car could not pass inspection without the new tire, and he wasn't sure that Costco did inspections, but said there was currently a 50%-off coupon so they would apply it and the tire would come down to be about $70. I opted to only do the tire due to time and cost. Some time later, Bernie came back with my receipt to let me know my car was ready. On the receipt it said labor was $72 and parts were $168.95. Then the discount area said -$31. I asked where that was coming from because 50% equals 1/2 and $31 is half of $62. He hurriedly went back to the check-in area and then called me outside. He apologized, very politely, and said it was his mistake and that he had mistakenly misled me, so they had taken off "a lot more" to make up for it. The discount had changed from -$31 to -$53. Whether you would qualify this as "a lot more" or not, it is still not the 50%-off I was told from the beginning and the work had already been done and the tire had already been switched. I understand that Bernie made a mistake, and to his credit, he was polite the entire time, taking the blame, and apologizing, but it is very upsetting that whatever superior he spoke to did not honor the pricing he gave me when I agreed to the service and buying the tire. My discount was still around $30 short of being 50%-off. In addition, I had a small essential oil diffuser in my car (attached to a USB plug that had been in the charging area underneath the shift) that had been taken apart, and is now broken (which is around $35 to replace). I've never had an experience like this before, and I'm not sure why my situation was handled in this poor manner. Please let me be clear that my disappointment is not with the employee I dealt with directly, but in the dealership's manner of dealing with the situation. More
