Great service but inconsiderate neighbor My service experience is generally pleasant, but the dealership has ignored an ongoing noise complaint from me regarding their security system. Th My service experience is generally pleasant, but the dealership has ignored an ongoing noise complaint from me regarding their security system. The volume of the recorded message from your security system is too loud and disturbs my family's sleep every night. I live fairly close to the dealership and can hear the recording inside my house when the windows are closed. The recording plays multiple times per night, every night after closing until opening the next morning. I notified the general manager twice and he promised to address the issue, but the volume has not changed. I don't think it is too much to ask to turn the volume down to a level that does not disturb nearby residents. While I understand this is a measure to deter theft, it appears to be ineffective given the constant late night activity on your property. May I suggest you consider physical security (eg., a night watchman) to patrol the property along with the recording device but without the annoying announcement. More

Cashier delay When picking up my car I was next in line. There were two cashiers at the front window. The first cashier was tending to the couple billing them out and explaining all the charges to them I notice. The second cashier could have help me but chose to ignore me in my opinion. Granted I waited an extra five minutes but in my opinion I shouldn't waited an extra 5 minutes which would have been fine if there was only one cashier. Customer service when picking up my vehicle was not what I expected. The service advisor David did a good job greeting me and letting me know when my vehicle was ready. More
