This gentleman addressed all of my concerns before having my vehicle serviced and followed up with me on the phone with the recommendations from the service technician. He clearly explained all of my options to me. Bernie couldn't do enough for me and made me feel like we were life long friends. Went to pick-up the car on Sunday and Rich Lobraico who happened to be at the podium went out of his way to make sure all of my concerns were met and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I will not bring my car anywhere else to have it serviced. Awesome operation! Thank you both Bernie and Rich!! More

I was not given what we discussed. Was offered 1 deal and the next day when I said ok it was not even close to what he disclosed to me. Called him and he was bothered by my call.
