Excellent customer service experience. I didn't have an appointment but was able to still get my oil changed first thing in the morning. Bernie was a great adviser, he kept me informed with the care of my appointment but was able to still get my oil changed first thing in the morning. Bernie was a great adviser, he kept me informed with the care of my Pilot and performed a multi point inspection. He went over the importance of the upcoming maintenance on my truck and what should be done as a priority. I also had to come back for a power steering pump that was leaking and it was still covered under my warranty, thanks to Bernie. Definitely recommend. More
