Atlantic Honda - Service Center

The dealership is nice and clean and the employees were for the most part courteous. My only gripe is $217 for a transmission oil change when it consist of the removal of two bolts and a dipstick. I could for the most part courteous. My only gripe is $217 for a transmission oil change when it consist of the removal of two bolts and a dipstick. I could go to any certified repair shop closer to me and probably pay the same price and they have to wait for their parts when Honda has them readily available at the service department. At the dealership should have a great discount from Honda being that it is the manufacturer. I feel I should probably pay less then any mechanic in the neighborhood. Also I felt like I was at the ticket office at motor vehicles waiting to pay a ticket. There were close to or more than 50 people waiting for service. Maybe should give people a time frame. I would probably get a better experience going to a mom and pop shop and maybe even for less money. That's all. More

Alex is a great service advisor. He gets what I need done and gives me suggestions on what my car may need in the future. The only disappointment was the sign said manicures start at 8:30 and it was just aft and gives me suggestions on what my car may need in the future.
