Super nice and helpful I brought in my plug-in hybrid car to Service by appointment on a holiday, and right away the service advisor said it would be a very long wait. She p I brought in my plug-in hybrid car to Service by appointment on a holiday, and right away the service advisor said it would be a very long wait. She put me right into a loaner car and kept in touch over the length of time they had my car, as well as making sure I had the info when I got back to contact the knowledge guy on my particular model. The service was welcoming when I pulled into the garage.I then went to the desk ,Bernie was very efficient .He stated I'd be 45min.to an hour.I text them from waiting room.... got no answer.So after sitting then went to the desk ,Bernie was very efficient .He stated I'd be 45min.to an hour.I text them from waiting room.... got no answer.So after sitting for 2 hours I inquired at the desk that 2 hours for an oil change is a little long.He was very nice and found out the dept was just putting oil in and would be a couple minutes longer.Finally done.Car wash was not opened .Bernie apologized for the wait..It was a holiday if that had anything to do with it.
