Atlantic Honda - Service Center

I had very bad experiences this time i just went there for change enjen oil and new battery installation I had oppointment by 12 pm and I reached by11.45 am almost after 3 hours I got key and I feel my ca for change enjen oil and new battery installation I had oppointment by 12 pm and I reached by11.45 am almost after 3 hours I got key and I feel my car remote start system is not working when I comment about it thy behave like rad side Moter mechanic thy refused to check and fix and Argoment was unbelievable I always go the same service center because it's close to my house but next time i will go far and i hope that at least thy will will better than this service center More

I went for an oil change and to make sure everything was ok with my son’s 2016 civic. The car has 11200 miles on it, so he doesn’t drive a lot. I explained this to Nicholas, my advisor, and he told me I sh ok with my son’s 2016 civic. The car has 11200 miles on it, so he doesn’t drive a lot. I explained this to Nicholas, my advisor, and he told me I should do a transmission service, coolant and brake fluid flush. When I told him I couldn’t afford the over $600 bill, he told me to do two of the three. Look, I could have said no, but I felt a little pressured. I told him to go ahead with the transmission service and coolant flush. After discussing this with my wife over the phone and checking various web sites, I had second thoughts. When I went to Nicholas, he told me it was too late; the fluids were already out of the car. I know fluids need to be changed, but a car that is virtually brand new shouldn’t need these fluids changed until 30 or 40k is reached. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and I will no longer bring my Hondas to your dealership. More
