I set an appoiment with him so I can bring my wife and kids so they can choose the color. I negotiate a fear deal. The general manager and the guy who process my paperwork were very helpful and courteous . I was very happy and please with the personnel . Drama free and 0 hassle. and I don't have to write a complete essay like the other guys. OMG More

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I went there and had no problems. I thought it was a great place. I got a good deal on my Accord from Atlantic and I love it. I can't understand why so went there and had no problems. I thought it was a great place. I got a good deal on my Accord from Atlantic and I love it. Walked into the dealer with one of their ads. The ad stated "lease a 2010 Honda Accord LXP for 174.00/mo. $0 money down except, taxes, tags, fees totaling 1,375. I asked for sign and drive deal working stated "lease a 2010 Honda Accord LXP for 174.00/mo. $0 money down except, taxes, tags, fees totaling 1,375. I asked for sign and drive deal working the upfront money into my monthly payment. However I would pay the tags (DMV fees up front) This should have made the payment 227.00 per month. Breakdown Taxes - 174 per month X 36 months = 6,264.00. The tax at 8.625% equals - 540.27 or 15 dollars per month. New Total = 189 per month. Fees - 1,375 rolled into 36 payments = 38.00 New total = 227.00 per month. The quote I received - 298.00 per month (71.00 MORE THAN THE AD PRICE) When I test drove the car (even though I told them 7 times I didn't need to because I drove it 2x already) I explaned to my sales rep (Ali) I did not want to play the typical games, he assured me his dealership was different and that i would get the ad price. I showed the ad and asked for nothing more than what was stated in the ad. Same as breakdown above. We picked out a car and he went to work the numbers. While I was there, the sales manager called a meeting and EVERY sales rep left the floor. With customers, including myself sitting there. After their meeting Ali, came back with a price of 298.00. Ha ha. Ok, so I understand this is business, I will play the game. I ask can you please show me the breakdown on how you came to that price. He calls the sales manager over who was INCREDIBLY rude. He obviously could care less about my business and made it quite clear as he rolled his eyes about to show me how he came to this price. After some BS, he finally showed me on his computer how he came to the price. After quickly punching in numbers so I could not see and adding numbers NOT mentioned in the ad, he came up with a price of 247.00 per month. So I ask, why did you quote me 298.00? He said..."Oh we quoted you for 15,000 mile lease." So I ask, why would you do that when I asked for 12k? At the same time Ali (salesman) came back, so i asked him... Ali, how many miles is included in this lease price? Ali and the sales manger BOTH answer 12K. Hahahaha He just told me 15K. SCAMMERS, LIARS!!! The story and back peddling goes on, and the sales manager continues to contradict himself, but I think you see my point. STAY AWAY!!! sorry for the long reply! More
Purchased a 2007 CRV. Wanted a Sirius satelite radio installed. At that time XM was the only factory option. They agreed to install an aftermarket system, which they showed me in a different vehicle. installed. At that time XM was the only factory option. They agreed to install an aftermarket system, which they showed me in a different vehicle. When I went to pick up a week later the system was not in it. They told me they would have it in a few days and that I would just need to bring the car back. I waited three MONTHS. After many phone calls they kept telling me the system was out of stock. I finally went to Best Buy and found the the exact system there in stock. Plus, Best Buy would install it for HALF of what Atlantic wanted (saving about $1,700). I told them that I wanted my money back since they had more than enough time to honor our agreement and their system was way overpriced anyway. Suddenly they were able to locate the system that I originally paid for. At this point, I said no, just refund my money for the cost of the system that they had been unable/unwilling to install. They gave me the run around, making me come in several times. I finally wound up having to have a shouting match with the manager Ravell in order to get my refund, which they made me wait forever to process. The sales manager was a total a**hole. I had to create a scene and threaten legal action to get my refund. No other manager or owner was ever available, only that rude idiot Ravell. It was a terrible experience. I would never buy a car from them again. After reading these entries it's obvious that this is simply how they do business. More

Stay Away! Dealer told me they would pay off the remaining payment on my pilot lease and proceeded to not pay it and ignore my repeated phone calls. Not until I contacted the Better Business Bureau remaining payment on my pilot lease and proceeded to not pay it and ignore my repeated phone calls. Not until I contacted the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General's Office did they finally respond and pay my payment late! We were also promised 2 $200 referral checks to my parents for referring us to Atlantic. To this day, 5 years later and after an unimaginable number of phone calls, my parents have yet to see their money. The sales mananger Rivero is the ultimate shister. These guys are nothing more than straight up rip-off artists. Stay away...far, far away. More
I purchased a pre-certified 2007 Honda Civic SI from a I purchased a pre-certified 2007 Honda Civic SI from a local dealership on 12/26/08. No accidents were disclosed. Took the car home and my mechanic I purchased a pre-certified 2007 Honda Civic SI from a local dealership on 12/26/08. No accidents were disclosed. Took the car home and my mechanic noticed that the driver's side door was misaligned and was repaired poorly (hollow sound and scraping the bottom of the door sill). Took it back to the dealership and complained about it. A $200 dollar refund was given to me to realigned the door. When asked about the paint, the service manager told me to just put some touch up paint on. Fast forward a couple of months later. The paint on the door started to bubble up and rust. Took it back to the dealership and was told, without an inspection, by the pre-own manager to see his friend's body shop as they will give me a discount on the work. I told him that it was a precertified car and now it's rusting. He then replied that he is over his monthly budget and can't spend more money on this. I called Honda of America and filed an official complaint against the dealership. Honda couldn't get the dealership to reply to them. So they had my ccar dropped off at another dealership for the regional manager to check it out. The conclusion was that this was not a Honda manufacture issue and that the pre-certified warranty doesn't apply. The door skin was not applied correctly and is rusting thru the inside. The trunk was also replaced (no VIN) and now it's also starting to rust. Took the car to a reputable body shop and was told that the door skin needs to be replaced, which is more expensive than just replacing the door itself. The body shop told me that the door skin was missing the proper foam/adhesive and is RUSTING throughout. The trunk just needs to be reprimed and painted The estimated damage is about $3200. More
