This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. Jesus and his team made what used to be a horrible experience into fast, easy and pleasurable. I needed a new car for business, and had the choice of any vehicle I wanted as I am very fortunate that my company is paying the bill. The staff at Atlantic were so knowledgable with their products they made my experience hassle free. They were very honest from the beginning, and no need to haggle with prices. I wound up walking out with a top model vehicle at a price I would not have even expected walking in. I was in and out in 1 hour, with a complete package including my insurance. I could not have been more happy. I will absolutely be returning to Atlantic Honda for my next vehicle without thinking twice. I am actually looking forward to it. I needed a new vehicle as the one I was driving was about to reach the 100,000 mile mark, I drove past the Atlantic Honda dealership a few times before I finally had enough nerve to go inside. I saw the Sales Consultant, Jesus coming toward me with a huge smile, and I immediately felt comfortable. He could tell after speaking with me briefly, that I was nervous about purchasing a new car. He took the time to explain various ways I could go, and he answered the zillion questions I had. His customer service was outstanding, even offering me a beverage, which I needed after going on for so long. I am happy to say that I am driving exactly what I wanted “a beautiful Civic”. I have called Jesus to thank him repeatedly for his courtesy and to say, “I love being a Honda woman!” More
I was skeptical on getting a Honda due to dealing with pushy salesman in other dealerships. I was not sold on a Honda because I felt too many people had them on the road I like to be different. I decided to walk in the dealership, and see what was available due all the great things I heard about the Honda. I had the pleasure of meeting a non-pushy, sincere salesman who listened to what I wanted and could afford. I visited the dealerships a few times with more inquiries and this salesman was always patient and suggested alternative options that would be ideal for me. I purchased a new accord and it was worth the visit. Yes, I now am one of the many with a Honda. It drives well, is great on gas especially during these times with the gas cost it is helpful. The craftsman ship on the inside of the car is beautiful, it is spacious, looks slick and drives smooth. My pits like the ride and all 3 can fit comfortably. Till this day I still call the salesman and ask him questions since I am too lazy to look at the helpful handbook. He returns all calls even after I purchased the vehicle. More

The reason I gave Atlantic Honda a 5 overall rating is due to the fact that I had been to several other car dealers and as soon as I walked into Atlantic I knew it was different. Not only was everyone fr due to the fact that I had been to several other car dealers and as soon as I walked into Atlantic I knew it was different. Not only was everyone friendly and helpful, the dealership itself was very impressive. It was bright and clean and you felt good being there. They display signs of accomplishment everywhere so you know you are dealing with a successful dealership. Charles, our salesperson, and Rick Alessi the General Manager were both knowlegeable and professional. They not only made my husband and I feel very at ease but also made sure my kids were well taken care of. (And YES they beat the other dealer's price) I was amazed and impressed as to how much Charles knew about the Honda Accord we eventually purchased, and he answered every question with a smile. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured to purchase the car. We were so happy with our purchase that several months later we went back and purchased a civic for our son. When we walked into the dealership Rick Alessi saw us and came right over to us, shook our hand and spoke to us like were long-time friends. Talk about feeling "right at home" Since that time we have returned yet a third time to purchase a Honda Pilot. Why would anyone go anywhere else - this Honda dealership is BY FAR the best one on Long Island!!! More

Recently I bought a new CR-V from Atlantic Honda. While I did not get the best deal on the car, I have only myself to blame for that because I did not do my due diligence before going to the dealership. I do however, have a major issue with their customer service. They kept me and my wife there for 5 hours: 2 hours longer then needed because by the 2nd hour we had agreed to the sale. When I bought my Camry (new), I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new car. John Marshall, while very courteous, would dissappear for 20 to 30 minutes at a time whenever he said he would be right back. And sometimes he couldn't remember the last thing he said to us. It took over an hour to bring the car from their warehouse to the dealership, and instead of prepping it in their gagrage, they did it outside when the wheather was getting really bad. They had the engine running for almost another hour before they finished. Truthfully, their fiance rep came off very snobbish. I don't know if it was because he wanted to get home due to the weather, but that does not excuse poor customer relations. When we were finally finishing up the last of the paperwork, they started turning off the lights to the showroom. They could have at least waited for us to leave before doing that. We felt rushed to transfer all of our stuff from the old car to the new one, and not just because of the weather. Funny thing, the new car had already been moved next to our old car 20 minutes eariler, but had anyone bothered to tell us, we could have done the transfer well before finsihing up the final paperwork and not having to be rushed. Again, I can't say they gave me a bad deal because I should have done my homework, but if their showroom customer service is that poor, I don't think I will take the chance with their auto service. More
