Walked into the dealership with the intention of a test driver for a CR-V, getting cost of vehicle and going home to think about it and compare with other vehicles we had in mind, i.e. Sorento, Santa Fe, R driver for a CR-V, getting cost of vehicle and going home to think about it and compare with other vehicles we had in mind, i.e. Sorento, Santa Fe, Rav4 but loved everything about the vehicle, Fred (and Clyde - trainee). So knowledgeable about the car, purchasing vs. leasing, working with our insurance company, DMV part of the sale, etc., Fred really made the decision easier for us to just close the deal that day. The only rating above that we gave N/A was because I think that applies to service, if not, then that is another 5. More
