Like everyone else purchasing a car we want the best price...so you go to atlantic honda SO I THOUGHT, there are about twenty salesmen they certainly are there to help or just get a sale. my salesman price...so you go to atlantic honda SO I THOUGHT, there are about twenty salesmen they certainly are there to help or just get a sale. my salesman first took me to a desk and i told him what i wanted and the price i received from another dealer, i having a car there before expected that they will beat the price the salesman went back and forth at least 4 times each time with a different aspect not included we went from a reasonable price not the extra i wanted, he went back again, came back with the accessory i wanted but not the price, back with down payment then finally manager came, randy, he would not go the four dollars less that i wanted to pay...so i said no, then they called a few days later come in we will talk.....blah blah...now the deal was no Honda Flex money, cause the multi million dollar Atlantic, spent all the honda rebates and from a Monday nite to Thurs nite was all gone. so my deal was off til september when hopefully they will get their september flex from honda. so not it was money down on lease, no accessory...Randy took back all the agreements we had previously discussed the salesman, sat there saying yes he did agree to that but Randy said NO now. He was rude condescending, and arrogant. Never got to service so i could not rate that, friendly, like the big bad wolf, got cookies!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE BIG BAD WOLF!!! More

They sold me a certified preowned car with a TON of problems. Terrible customer service, I had to keep following up, it was as if I was annoying them to try to get my car fixed.
