I purchased a car and was delayed at the dealership for about 6 hours waiting for new auto to be delivered. Because of the lengthly delay I was offered a 1 year information service package only to find o about 6 hours waiting for new auto to be delivered. When I walked into Atlantic Honda, I was not expecting to walk out with a car. I had just test drove another vehicle at another dealership and was quite happy with that. I wanted to just "see" the Honda Pilo walk out with a car. I had just test drove another vehicle at another dealership and was quite happy with that. I wanted to just "see" the Honda Pilot. Well, Richie came over and took us right over to the Pilot. What impressed me most, was he started out with the safety features. I have 2 small children and this is very important. As he was going through the safety features I realized that the other dealership hadn't even mentioned safety once. Once we started going through the car, I looked at my dad and we both knew. This car wasn't even close to the other vehicle that we looked at. That was confirmed once we went for the test drive. Very impressed with both Richie and the car. By the time we got back from the test drive, I had made my decision. This was the car. This was the guy to sell it to me. Richie did a great great job. He made the whole process as easy as pie. He explained everything and even hooked up my cell phone to the bluetooth system in the Pilot. We walked in around 3pm..and walked out around 830 with a new Pilot. I couldn't be happier.
