Mr. Cucinella was friendly, thorough and informative about the vehicle inside the show room and during the test drive. When discussing the price he asked what I would offer for the vehicle and actually listened to what I had to say then told me he would present that offer to management. Mr. Cicinella was very easy to talk to and did not throw me any pitches on what I should be paying for the vehicle. With that being said I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and at a great price rather quickly without the gimmicks or double talk. I traded my vehicle in to the dealership and was not sure of how I would be able to come in and pick up my new vehicle the following day, Mr. Cucinella even offered to pick me up. When I picked up my vehicle there was a small scratch on the mirror, Mr. Cucinella helped me arrange a service appointment and also get me a loaner car (honda pilot) in a short period of time. I picked up my car from service the following day and it looked great. Great service, experience and pleasure to deal with compared to prior car shopping experiences. He seemed to have a broad knowledge of the Honda brand. My inquiries were met with thorough responses. I believe I received a good value for my new Accord and Jose was quick to recognize the negotiation process. The only criticism (and this is not a reflection of any one particular employee)I have is that the sales floor had a "rushed pace" feel. this was my second leased vehicle from Atlantic Honda in the past 7 months. One of the main reasons I went back to Atlantic Honda was Dave Shapiro and the rest of the management team there. Dave Shapiro is not a pushy sales man and he gives you a fair price that beat all of the other Honda Dealers I had gone to in the past. Dave Shapiro was very professional, couteous and answered all of my families questions. The dealership is run very well and we were very happy with the sales and lease of the two Honda vehicles. At the time I leased my CRV I told Dave about no other dealer being able to get me the color I wanted and he assured me that I would get it. In less than a week the vehicle came in.
