I came in today unsure of my what I wanted to do now that I am at the end of my 2009 Civic lease. Jason was not only courteous and polite, but extremely patient with me as I questioned him repeatedly about I am at the end of my 2009 Civic lease. Jason was not only courteous and polite, but extremely patient with me as I questioned him repeatedly about the pros and cons of leasing and purchasing and price. He listened to what was important to me in my purchase and came back with a fair offer. I have a background in retail sales management for 20+ years; this can make me quite a difficult customer. His knowledge of his product and the industry combined with his customer service skills are what made the difference in me leaving today with a lease from Honda as opposed to going to competitor. Honda should be proud to have an employee with such exceptional skills to service their customers. It will be my pleasure to recommend Jason and Honda to my friends, family and colleagues. More
My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Allan Lepler of Atlantic Honda. Allan was extremely receptive to our needs. Mr. Lepler wasted no time finding us the deal we needed to stay with in our budget. From the moment we entered the dealership he was professional, attentive to our needs, and courteous. Allan Spent a half hour in our new car with my wife showing her how all of her gadgets worked, and could be accessed ( including the new hands free bluetooth feature). I would most certainly refer any family or friends to Atlantic Honda to visit Allan on their next vehicle purchase, as i was completely satisfied with our transaction. I worked with Allen through Carwoo to purchase a new Honda Odyssey 2012 Touring Elite with several dealer accessories for a price 300 higher than what I initially offered. We agreed to the price, I put Honda Odyssey 2012 Touring Elite with several dealer accessories for a price 300 higher than what I initially offered. We agreed to the price, I put down a deposit, setup the insurance, buyers purchase a agreement and had everything in writing. We went down to the dealership to sign the financing and had the price rejected by the financing dept because they wanted 500 more because the salesperson made a mistake. We walked. This is a dishonest dealership that does not treat the customer with any respect and doesn't think anything of lying to them even deals in writing to bring them in and screw them over later. To expect the dealer to realize a mistake only after the customer has walked through the door is at best incompetence on their part. Stay away from this place. More
Was great help. I felt like he was trying to help me find the best car and not just sell me any car. My wife and I were very pleased with our leasing experience at Altantic Honda. After asking us what our needs were, Larry Ellis our salesman gave us our options on availability. Once we agreed on color etc. Larry met with Brianna and it was no nonsense. As my kids have gotten older, we definitely did not need to replace my 2010 Pilot with a new one. I could have downsized to a car. I stressed to Larry that I needed a good deal (in my estimation) or I was going to think about a car. Larry met with Brianna the sales manager and both he and her came over and presented the deal. It was pretty close to what I had in my mind I was going to spend. We picked up the new Pilot later on in the week and I have been very pleased with the truck itself. regards, gary More
Belinda Nagy and Rick Alessi were an absolute delight to work with. Belinda was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles as well as the process of leasing and/or buying.
