I have purchased and leased many cars from many dealerships and even my son said that this was the friendliest most professional dealership he has seen. I agree. Tony was not a "used car salesman." dealerships and even my son said that this was the friendliest most professional dealership he has seen. I agree. Tony was not a "used car salesman." He was very professional and courtious and we didn't feel pressured at all. He was very patient and offered great advice and honestly the best service I have seen. I would recommend you to others and I will be back for future purchases. Thank you My son loves the car. More
Today is May 2013. My husband and I Made an inquiry back in dec 2012. We did not go into the dealership; it was only via telephone. To date we have been receiving phone calls day after day. Same person, Ma in dec 2012. We did not go into the dealership; it was only via telephone. To date we have been receiving phone calls day after day. Same person, Maya, calls and leaves messages. I decided to not pick up and test her to see how long she would actually continue to harass us. Finally today I picked up the phone. After asking her what makes her think that she can call us since dec, a total of 6 months and about 40 voice messages later and not realize that perhaps we just werent interested???!!! she replied with a BIG ATTITUDE, "well, out of courtesy you can at least call back to say that you were not interested." I asked her if she had any common sense since after all, we never Answered/replied once. She exemplified excellent professionalism.....NOT!!!!! So, Had We not received numerous annoying phone calls, We might have actually gone down to the dealership to check out the car but it amused us to see how desperate one could be. So Ms. Maya, Im glad to inform you that we DID PURCHASE, not lease, a brand new 2013, $40,000 vehicle from ANOTHER dealership a couple months back and had you werent such an annoying individual, you might have sealed a deal. There's a difference between being professional and accepting the fact that its a sale that wasnt going to be sealed and a salesperson who cant take rejection and chooses to continuously harass people... Save your time and don't go see maya More
I would like to start off by saying what an incredible experience it was to be serviced by Larry Ellis. I walked in with no credit history or money for a down payment but I knew I needed a car. Larry was experience it was to be serviced by Larry Ellis. I walked in with no credit history or money for a down payment but I knew I needed a car. Larry was very friendly when he welcomed me and my fiancé, he took the time to listen to my problems to figuere out how to get me in beautiful car. Larry showed me many many cars until I found the one I fell in love with he was very professional and experienced in the field so shortly after he worked very hard and diligently to get me approved the same day. Today I am the proud first time buyer of a vehicle and new owner of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata with extremely low mileage. Overall Larry Ellis is what I consider not only the perfect salesman but an excellent representative of Atlantic Honda. I will recommend him to any and everyone possible. Thank you Atlantic Honda for having such incredible staff and most of all thank you Larry for helping me get a gorgeous car and making my first time buying experience a wonderful one. Thank You !!!!!! More
I have had a lease with Atlantic Honda since January of 2011. In February I went to get my yearly inspection done at Pep Boys with only 19,000 miles on my car. I was shocked when they told me that I needed 2011. In February I went to get my yearly inspection done at Pep Boys with only 19,000 miles on my car. I was shocked when they told me that I needed front brakes and rotors and failed my inspection. I regretfully declined getting the work done then and there and took it to Atlantic Honda 2 days later. I was relieved when they told me the brakes were fine and passed my inspection (along with tricking me into getting a tire rotation done that I never asked for.) I did some research online beforehand and was reading about many cases of failed brakes and rotors on 2011 Honda Civics. I carpool to work every other week and I know that I am a careful driver and not at all hard on my brakes. About a month later (early last month) I noticed that my car starting making a loud screeching noise when I would put my car in reverse. Over the past few weeks it starting getting worse and worse. I finally made an appointment to take it back to Atlantic Honda. The service adviser Christina that I was dealing with had a nasty attitude from the beginning. I explained to her the situation and she said it could very well be the brakes since I had over 4,000 miles more on the car than when I last took it there. There was apparently no record of me getting my inspection done there in February and less than 2000 miles were put on my car since my last visit. Luckily I had all the paperwork with me including another customers paperwork that they mistakenly gave me attached to mine. I then left and told her to call me when she knew what was wrong with the car. I was doubting it could be the brakes after all that I went through the first time and then telling me that Pep Boys lied to me and were trying to rip me off. Sure enough I got a call 20 minutes later and it was indeed the front brakes and rotors which needed to be replaced which is what I was told the first time my inspection failed at Pep Boys and Atlantic Honda passed it putting my life and others lives on the road endanger. They wanted to tell me that just by coincidence I suddenly needed brakes? Very doubtful. I obviously need to drive a safe vehicle so I agreed to get the work done. I told my father what was going on since he is the cosigner on my lease and he was very aggravated and called and spoke to the service manager and was given a very small discount and he also pretty much told my father that he could do as he pleases and pass an inspection if the brakes are metal to metal. When I went to pick my car up after Christina called me after it was done of course they did not do the complimentary wash which I asked for but I am used to that because that isn't the first time they forgot. Since I had my Pep Boys receipt for my failed inspection with me I asked the girl at the front desk if they could price match (I figured that was the absolute least they could do after inconveniencing me). She said yes that wasn't a problem at all and to go and ask my service provider Christina to reprint my paperwork. I approached Christina and she was huffing and puffing and mumbling as she was walking away to go ask her manager saying "I don't know who the xxxx told her that" under her breath. She would not even have the decency to price match for me because she did not want to miss out on anymore of her commission. I paid $37 for my first inspection at Pep Boys which failed. I then went to Atlantic Honda and spent another $69.53 for my second inspection which falsely passed when I should have been told then I needed brakes and getting aggressively tricked into getting a tire rotation. Now I was just charged another $253.10 when Pep Boys was going to charge $225.97. If the car was decent the brakes would not have already had a problem to begin with. This whole situation has me disgusted! I have been a loyal customer to this company and have never missed a $246 a month car payment on this cheap car that the brakes went bad on at less than 20,000 miles. I feel very disrespected. Horrible customer service was displayed to me today and as soon as my lease is up I will never return to this company and I will advise everyone I know of to do the same. The car is unreliable which is the whole reason I got the lease to begin with because I figured a new car would be reliable, I was ripped off and overcharged and the customer service was awful. More
Anthony was terrific and really listened to what I wanted. My older daughter recently got her license and needed a car to go to work and to the train station for school. Anthony had a gently used Ni wanted. My older daughter recently got her license and needed a car to go to work and to the train station for school. Anthony had a gently used Nissan Versa with very low mileage that fit the bill perfectly. I would highly recommend Anthony to my friends and family. More

I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a video e-mail from Belinda Nagy right after I requested a quote for the car I wanted to purchase after my car was flooded by Sandy. Belinda and I had multip e-mail from Belinda Nagy right after I requested a quote for the car I wanted to purchase after my car was flooded by Sandy. Belinda and I had multiple conversations over the phone as well as e-mails. We agreed on the estimate price of the car. The trim for a model I wanted wasn't available and I had to wait for few months. Belinda kept in touch constantly throughout that time and called me as soon as she got the car in. We set up an appointment and I was greeted by both Belinda Nagy and her associate Jerod Gatling. Jerod took care of the official paperwork. Both Belinda and Jerod were exceptional and delivered the service as was promised. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely do business with them in the future, as well as will not hesitate to refer my friends to them. Thank you for a great job and a gong sound after the purchase was finalized! Greg G. More
It was nice to be able to walk around on a dealership and look at cars without being surrounded by dealers asking tons of questions as soon as I get there. Once I walked inside I was greeted in a very profes look at cars without being surrounded by dealers asking tons of questions as soon as I get there. Once I walked inside I was greeted in a very professional manner by Larry Ellis. In the week it took to reach a deal that we could mutually agree on to purchase the car I gained a tremendous amount of respect for him and felt like he wasn't just trying to just make another sale but rather connect with me and gave me a great 2010 Honda Civic in a price that was very convenient for me and one that would fit my budget. He spoke to me in a very friendly manner and along with his professionalism had a very nice sense of humor to go with it. I am a very careful spender and like to stay true to my budget and Larry was able to give me a great deal and kept me confident the entire week that he would be able to get the price down to where I needed it and he was able too. He even came out on Easter Sunday to give me the keys to the car when the dealership was closed because my insurance policy wouldn't take effect on the right day and they refused to change it. I would definitely recommend Larry Ellis and this dealership to anyone looking to get a great deal in a car and not get hustled into something you cannot afford like you would at a lot of other dealerships. With this dealership you get truly get more car for less money. So far I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and am enjoying my new car. More
So where do I start...I'm not a big fan of sales people (whether they sell cars or anything else...I don't normally trust them), but this is where my story goes good...after a week of solid searchin people (whether they sell cars or anything else...I don't normally trust them), but this is where my story goes good...after a week of solid searching and visits to a couple of Honda dealerships, I thought I had a deal with another dealer (not Atlantic), only to find that the color combo wasn't available (even though it was there 10 hours earlier) and that if we didn't take one from stock, we'd have to pay more...we were told that this is a penalty that dealers incur...huh? Then came the "leasing programs have changed" and that you'll have to put out a little more to get the monthly rate that was my max. Ok, thanks -but no thanks. So on the ride home, I asked my wife to search for other Honda dealers...she mentioned Atlantic and having seen their name on many cars, I decided hat we head over there. Once we arrived, Allan greeted us warmly and not that phony "it's a great day at xxxxx Honda, how can we get you the car that you want?" Ughhh!! Rather, he genuinely started a conversation with us before we started talking about cars. As mentioned in other posts, he talked about the dealership and walked us around meeting people. Different, but nice. To make a long story short, we ended up making a deal for the car that my wife wanted (including the colors), and stayed within our budget...not stressful, definitely not the stereotypical pushy salesperson...could not share anything more positive - great experience overall. Also want to say something positive about the finance manager Sylvia...I've had some very bad experiences with these folk. At the end of a brief meeting with her, my wife said "is that it...that was easy". More
