There were a few on the lot but not the color we wanted. Our salesman checked with all the other Honda dealers and found a white 2005 CRV in Plainview. They had it transported to Bayshore and it was the exact truck we were looking for. Clean, low mileage and great condition. Everything about it was perfect. The salesman were amazingly helpful and genuinely happy for us. The truck went into detailing so it could be shiny and new for pickup. That evening when we picked up the truck we were told that Honda replaced all four tires. Why I asked, they looked perfectly fine? We were told that the service man while detailing the truck noticed a very slight bubble in the side of the tire. He brought it to his managers attention who instructed him to replace all the tires with new ones. My hat is off to that service man for having such a keen eye as well as to Honda to absorbing the expense. This dealer has heart! They will not put a car on the street that doesn't meet their high expectation. I would definitely purchase another Honda from Atlantic. Thanks Honda! More

Best experience at buying a new car I ever had. I recently bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey at Atlantic Honda. This was my best experience ever buying a car. The 2 men who helped us (Matt Byrne and Antho I recently bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey at Atlantic Honda. This was my best experience ever buying a car. The 2 men who helped us (Matt Byrne and Anthony Cucinella) were so friendly and patient with us. I had to bring my 2 children along and they were very accommodating with them as well. We told them our price range and they were not only able to show us several cars but when we found the car we loved they were able to keep our payments right where we needed them. We ran late that night (passed closing hours) and there was not one complaint. Instead we felt like they were more then happy to help us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and those two salesmen in particular. More

I was greeted by eager salesmen who were more than delighted to work endlessly to fulfill my wishes. I was assisted by an entire staff who did everything in their power to make sure I walked out with the car of my dreams!! I was made to feel secure in both quality and price of the vehicle I chose. I made many new friends and will pass my experience along to anyone who is interested in buying a car while being treated like a VIP. Yay for Atlantic Honda!! More

Just Seemed Untrustworthy I found a listing for a vehicle on eBay and Atlantic Honda's website. The description indicated "This Gr Honda is clean and shiny exterior makes it l I found a listing for a vehicle on eBay and Atlantic Honda's website. The description indicated "This Gr Honda is clean and shiny exterior makes it look like it came straight from the factory." However, upon closer inspection of the pictures, there appeared to be a dent in the rear lift gate. I submitted the form asking for clarification on the condition, details on the dent, and any other issues that may have been undiclosed. I received a generic response indicating they had plenty of Odysseys in stock. I responded again asking for a response on my specific questions. I received virtually the same generic response. Finally, I heard from a 'real' person that indicated a 'preowned specialist' would be reaching out to me since they knew much more details about the vehicles available. That was 3 days ago and still no response. In summary: - The vehicle description did not appear to match the actual vehicle condition (I have to assume this, since they still have not confirmed or denied the dent) - Questions were completely ignored/bypassed - I cannot trust a company that cannot get the basics right. I received a letter about 2 weeks ago about a possible buy back of my 2012Honda Civic lease. I had leased the car for a family member in a time of great need. Needless to say I got screwed. I was excited at the chance of getting rid of a car I never chose and was stuck with. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Terrell Carpenter. I explained my situation and he promised me we could find a way to turn my bad experience into a good one. I had looked at the cars in the lot and found a used Honda Fit that would "FIT" perfectly into my life. At this point I met Rich Lobraico. WHAT a GEM you have in Rich and Terrell. MY 2012 Honda had some old paint damage due to vandalism ( car was keyed deeply) My insurance company would not honor an old claim. When I explained this to Richie he hooked me up with a body shop that would fix the damage at a reasonable price. Because I would be carless for a few days Richie arranged a loner car. I could not believe the kindness these two men were extending me. When the Civic was painted it looked good as new. I traded the Civic for the FIT on 5/29/14. I am so glad to be done with a bad chapter in my life. Without the help and humanity of Terrell and Richie I would be living and paying for a car that reminded me of how I had been used. I am overwhelmed by the service and care that the dealership and your employees take with their customers. Atlantic Honda is lucky to have Richie and Terrell as employees. Thank You More
