Bought my car yrs ago. Different staff but same dealership owner well known in the newspaper. Anyway, Had the usual difficulties but not that bad since I think the dealership was new. Of course the finance guy at the end tried to pressure me to buy stuff that was not needed. And I said no. He finally relented when the salesman started to freak because he knew I would walk. Slippery paul then tried to get me to sign for a monthly payment that was wrong I had my numbers worked out and caught it. the usual and they'll keep trying. I told them to transfer my plates from the trade in. They did not. So I had to pay their fee for new ones. got me there. Then I got a notice from motor vehicles a year later that I had to re register my old car. Don't know where the plates from my trade in went but had to go to the police station and make a report incase the wound up in an armed robbery. All this is not that unusual and I now started to go back there in the past couple years to get my car serviced. THIS IS MY COMPLAINT. They were unbelievable today. I guess car sales are down so they try to rip people off on service. The police had been there earlier because of another unsatisfied customer. For me they Came up w an estimate of $ 799.00 when there is nothing wrong with my car. The guy ? Rob said he was pulling my car up out front so I could leave when I questioned it. Went to the manager Christine got the estimate down about $ 550.00 . Now $250.00. Stayed annother hour and a half before she came out and said the work was done. Paid left. Realized some of the work wasn't done. Went back spoke to chrisitne who said she wrote done that i would have to come back. Dont think so. Ran onto another customer who said she just came back because her work wasn't done. Then went to the oil change guy to question why they told me 2 weeks ago that I needed power steering fluid when the Atlantic Honda mechanic just told me it was fine. The owner of the oil change place looked with me and the mechanic there. It does need to be changed. This also something that they have done to me a number of times. Tell me the local guy is lying so I keep coming back them. Atlantic and millennium is sleazy as they come. Unfortunate for them I can't reach Honda right now so I have to vent on the Internet. Stay away. More

When my husband and I walked in we were looking at the Honda Pilot. To be exact I will say I was looking at the managers 2011 Demo car and husband was looking at the new 2012 touring. Not only did we get the 2012 Pilot, we go the 22" inch chrome wheels that the demo had. The Car is STUNNING! The car runs like a dream. The staff went above and beyond help us in every way. Thank you Dan for getting me the rims. My sons now think im the cool mom with the sweet ride! More
I ended up not buying the Pathfinder I looked at Atlantic Honda because I found a better Pathfinder for my family. However, the customer service and "no hard sell" attatude they have at Atlantic Honda (Larry Honda because I found a better Pathfinder for my family. However, the customer service and "no hard sell" attatude they have at Atlantic Honda (Larry in particular) was a breath of fresh air. Though I didn't buy from them this time, I certainly will stop and see them again when I'm in the market for another car. Stop and see them, you won't regret it! More
Service Center is clean , organized,modern and safe for the customers and workers alike. The staff there are quite friendly and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased to say the least with the over all experience with Atlantic Honda. Matt, along with Paul did a fabulous job of getting me a great deal on a used Pilot with low mileage. Mike went out of his way to ensure my car was repaired to my satisfaction and in line with Honda's strict maintenance standards. John G. did a nice job of making sure I received a fair deal on purchasing the extended warranty. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Atlantic Honda. Dave Moore couldnt have been more helpful. We had gone or inquired with 2 other dealerships looking to lease a CR-V in a specific color. The others couldnt come up with one. Dave had the color my wife wanted in stock but not only that, he had it sitting in the driveway a few minutes after we told him what color we were looking for! Honestly, I thought we were going to hear the same thing we heard from the other dealers. Everything moved quickly after that. We were informed periodically throughout the 3 hr wait of what the status was of plate transfer, credit reports, financing etc etc. We were even treated to an outdoor BBQ and country music. Great job Dave and Atlantic Honda. We will be back! Like everything else you have to have your wits about you when you go into any car dealership. And ask lots of questions and read what you sign. Some of the people who have had bad experiences at Atlantic may have found it was really their problem and not Atlantic's. Yeah, they screw up now and then but its really your responsibility to figure out whats going on before signing on the dotted line. More
My experience at Atlantic Honda was awesome. We were greeted by DJ, who was so personable and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Buyer beware! Do your homework, research your vehicle trade in value. Visit a couple of dealers, check internet for invoice pricing vs MSRP pricing etc...don't make the dealer play the waiting game. If you quote is not back within a timely fashion, you are playing the bait and switch game. Never give the dealer your payoff value pending appraisal as they tack on the difference with a new vehicle. Most importantly, never fill out a credit application unless you feel it is the right thing to do. More
They were not the nicest, which I can deal with. The rudeness can be overlooked. He actually told me I had to wait to see if the other guy wanted it or not, then I could have a turn. Really??? So here I am with my money in hand going somewhere else to buy a car, somewhere that actually WANTS to sell me a car. Oh, by the way, they were interested in selling it to my husband just fine, but when I ( yes, a girl) go to pay, nah, maybe later. I cannot recommend a place that doesn't sell to women or take them seriously as buyers. And worse, refuses to sell to them!!!!! What does it matter who is buying, cash is cash right??? More
