On Thursday when I found my car became choking and the check engine light was on, I then went to Atlentic Honda service. Pete checked my car and found that the PCM needed to be replaced and began to order it. When I came back again to take my car on Saturday, the service advisor was off on the day. Pete explained to me everything he did to fix my car and gave me a very fair price. My car is perfact now and I feel I was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Pete, I received great service and would highly recommend this service to others and definitely will be back again! More

Just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX from this dealership my Salesman " UNCLE MIKE " was not only a gentleman to deal with he was very personable and Just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX from this dealership my Salesman " UNCLE MIKE " was not only a gentleman to deal with he was very personable and was more worried about making my car purchase easy and made sure that all of my needs were met as far as price ,options , and other amenities that met my needs not only was he patient he spoke to me with the utmost respect unlike other car salesman that i have dealt with in the past theres a lot to be said when it comes to that these days in my past experience with other dealers they were more about fast talking me and trying to use confusing tactics just to get the deal done to maximize their own pockets i did not find that at all with Uncle Mike he was concerned about where i was as far as money and gave me plenty of options whether to buy used or new which model i preferred over the other he spent the time to clearly explain everything and made sure we were on the same page in the past I've had bad experiences with other atlantic dealers and vowed to never buy from them let me tell you uncle mike won me over with just plain old school salesmanship of honesty and integrity other salesman should follow his lead that thats all it takes to make a deal mike negotiated a very fair price with me that satisfied both of us overall my experience was very pleasant i will recommend anyone i know that is interested in a honda new or used to go see Uncle Mike and the people at Atlantic Honda Wonderful Experience !!!!!!!! This is the first time I was looking into a honda and I am so happy I came to this dealership. The back and fourth was a little much for me, but other then that I couldn't be more happy! I would absolutely recommend John, he was very easy going and such a pleasure to work with. He helped me get the best possible deal and made it happen. Even after I signed the papers for my new car he took the time to help me set up my bluetooth and re- went over everything that the car has to offer. i would definitely recommend go to this dealership they will really work with you and get you into what you want! :) More

My last experience they didn't even perform the oil change, even though they were kind enough to put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of my next needed oil change. There time parameters are absurd- an hour to do an oil change, two hours for front brakes. If the mechanics are certified, how could it take that long? it is just a scam to have the service assistant try to recommend unwarranted maintenance. Look at your owners manual- not there suggestions. They don't even care regarding your dissatisfaction, the service manager called me back but was less than enthusiastic about correcting there lack of service. He just wanted to get off the phone. It is a shame that Dave Moore did not keep his posture and manners by not being able to listen to my concerns as a prospective buyer but getting unrespectful for not accepting his Opulent offers on a gecko when there were store specials for the holiday specials and other credits that I news I was qualified for. When I told him I wanted to bring to the table what Deductions would apply to my purchase he refused to answer and instead said that he could be using the time that he was sitting with me on supervising his employees or taking care of another sale. At that point I knew I was not being appreciated as a customer and wanted to leave immediately but he was correcting what he made already obvious that was only interested on set me on an deal that was out of my budget range. At the end he stood up from the desk talking to me on a high tone and with depreciation that I was a waste of time and jumped into the conclusion when telling to the salesman that I was not make a purchase; therefore, I was a waste of time. Really?? ... is that the leadership and manners that Atlantic Honda that the sales store manager teaches to the salesmen? I must say that the salesman was A+. He answered with great knowledge on the vehicles, invited me to a test drive and enjoyed the way he was leading me to pursue my goal to make a purchase on the same day but once he called Dave Moore, the pressure was set on the burner on making a purchase at a price that was way over what they advertise On their website. Just everything went off place. My family had been dealing with Atlantic Honda for 6+ years with personnel that demonstrated an impeccable customer care for the vehicles we had acquired in the past for the store but Dave Moore was the exception. These are my two cents for Honda and most important, for those customers out there looking for a dealer that knows how to do business at a top class customer service. Be on the watch for the store manager you have to dealt with at the time of your visit to Atlantic Honda, hope you do not have to come across Dave Moore, the worst in manners and leadership among the sales management at this dealership. Great Cutomer Service! Ask for Juan Nunez! I'll be honest the last thing I expected to do when I walked in was buy a car. But when I talked to Juan, I knew I was making the right decision. I must have walked in there with about a thousand questions, some of them were pretty stupid, and he was so patient and he made sure I knew everything about the car I was looking at. I was half expecting to get rushed into signing something, but he was never pushy and made sure that I was comfortable with the car I was looking at. I have never gotten such great service at a car dealership.He also helped me figure out which financing options were best for me! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Juan if you want to make a wise decision when it comes to cars. I am so excited to get my car and I'm glad that Juan was there to help me make the right choice. Call me a VERY happy customer, thanks Juan! More
