My third car from Atlantic Honda my first visit to the dealer was 5 years ago, that is when i met Rey Rodriguez. i bought a new 2009 Honda Accord and went home very very happy with my my first visit to the dealer was 5 years ago, that is when i met Rey Rodriguez. i bought a new 2009 Honda Accord and went home very very happy with my first new car ever... i went to him because he sold a 2009 Honda civic to my aunt and she was extremely happy with the service provided by Rey. when my second child was born back in 2011. it was time for me to get a bigger car and then trade in my 2009 Accord for a 2012 Honda Odyssey. i always wanted a mini van and the best price again was from Rey Rodriguez at Atlantic Honda... that is not the end of the story... for my 33rd birthday i went back to him and bought a gorgeous brand new 2015 Honda Odyssey!!! extremely happy!!! i would recommend to any body to go and talk to a very kind, knowledgeable and honest person that is always willing to help you in the best option when you need a vehicle.. 2 hours for a scheduled oil change! What is the point in making an appointment with this service department if they are going to overbook and take walk ups that kept me there for 2 hours What is the point in making an appointment with this service department if they are going to overbook and take walk ups that kept me there for 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation?? I had to get up and ask after sitting there like an idiot for an hour and fifteen minutes. I am insulted you ask for names because I do not feel it is the service person's fault. He was sympathetic and kind but my perception is that Honda has a policy of putting their scheduled customer last. I'm not giving stars for being disgusted. My time is just as valuable as theirs, I won't waste it here when my lease is up! More
