Purchase of my Brand New 2015 Civic SI Prior to coming to Atlantic Honda i had not had the best experiences at Dealerships. When i walked into Atlantic i had very little hope of getting into the car i wanted. credit issues we're holding me back, and after being turned down at two other dealerships on the island i went to Atlantic and 3 days later i was leaving the lot in my brand new car. Marluin Reyes made it such a smooth process and kept in touch with me the whole time in which my credit was being evaluated by the banks. I honestly never thought with my type of credit there was anything i could do. but someway somehow the guys at Atlantic Honda made it happen and i cannot thank them enough especially Marluin who made everything happen and continuously kept me updated on any feedback. best of all i never felt any pressure i was getting at other dealers, most dealers will ask you for a deposit before you walk out if you have not yet signed any papers to keep you tied down to them. this was not the case with Marluin, he continuously worked so that i can be satisfied and accomplish my goal of getting into my new car and answered any questions i had. he also kept in touch even after the purchase to make sure i did not have any questions and that everything was still going smoothly. Atlantic honda Did not honor price on purchase agreement. I went there to purchase a used honda pilot when I got a price from Huntington honda for a pilot. When i got there after sitting down for about 3 hour I went there to purchase a used honda pilot when I got a price from Huntington honda for a pilot. When i got there after sitting down for about 3 hours negotiating a price that was $50 more a month then huntington honda, I decided to go with the vehicle from atlantic honda becuase it had 10000 miles less thenthe other placeand was 2 years newer everything else was the same and I had purchased 2 cars from location already. Next morning comes around and im supposed to go pick up the pilot when i here a voice mail on my phone that Atlantic honda could not sell me the vehicle because they made a mistake on price and they wouldnt honor the price they gave me. When I went to find out what happened because the manager himself gave me that price while negitiotiaing. Rich said they wont take a lost to sell me the car. I explained to him that he gave that price and that they should honor it, but got no where. I went to pick up my deposit and was very upset and the GEneral Manager didnt even have the respect to approach me and appolgize for the mix up. Instead he walked around popping ballons and eating hot dogs. He looked me in the eye at least 3 times and nothing. This enraged me as a customer who purchased 2 cars prior and also sent 7 refferals there that purchased cars from there. But I thank God it happened because at the end of the day I went back to huntington honda and gave less deposit and cheaper payment on same vehicle. I will never go back to Atlantic honda for service orpurchase of another vehicle again. The service dept. Aswell as the managers and sales people from huntington where so much more pleasurable. I dont blame the sales guy at Atlantic. More

It was the patience and wonderful sales quality that helped me make up my mind, I not only bought my car from Jesus I bought a Brand new 2015 Civic. This man went above and beyond to make my purchase as easy as possible, going as far as coming to my place of business with all the final papers that had to be signed as I was too busy to leave on the day I was to pick up my car. On top of that he waited for me later that night to pick it up. I have never met a salesman quite like him.
