Jesus Ramirez helped us in every step of the way, answered all of questions with a high level of professional. He was extremely knowledgable about the cars we were looking at (civic and accord). His expertise, professionalism, and super welcoming demeanor made all the difference in our car shopping experience. The dealership itself was very inviting, bright, and had a great energy as soon as we stepped in the door. Car shopping can be a lengthy experience but the team at Atlantic Honda provided many amenities and comfort just as seating area, beverages, snacks such as hot dogs, popcorn, and freshly baked cookies - all at no charge. By far the best experience ever! Jesus is amazing - we left the dealer with the biggest smile on our face ... We are super happy with our new Accord - with many thanks to Jesus for his expertise and super customer service skills!! My brother in law recommended us to go to Atlantic honda in Long Island, but we are living in Astoria queens ...it was quite a long trip but it really worth it !!! I lived all my life in Europe, I wasn't really familiar on how a lease works ( French people don't really lease) ... I sat with the dealer, he explained all the different options. We tried different cars I was hesitating between 2 different cars, he really understood my priorities and what equipments were important for me and my wife, he did all the maths and explained It to us. He even also provided us a comparison of insurance prices between the different cars. We ended up with a beautiful car for a very good price .... The dealer , his name is Jesus, was really friendly, patient (I asked him at least 50 questions on finance and 100 questions on the cars themselves ) costumer focused. I will definetly recommend this dealer. And btw ... They offer you there Pop corns, hot dog, cookies ... Which was good since I left home without eating any breakfast ... More

The managers and service center had to get involved because of cosmetic damage done to the car during storage/transport, and they worked hard and quickly to fix it--perfectly. Then the salesman (after the sale!) spent a lot of time teaching me all of the many features and electronic controls (which are many). This is about my 5th car purchase, and I've never been more pleased with what is usually a long and frustrating experience. But not this time. Truly 5 stars all around. More
