Rob Kiernan, went out of his way to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. He also was very genuine in trying to find the best option for me. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the different models and the car buying process. He walked me through every step of the process and never pressured me to make a decision. Jasons' boss or finance manager (his name was Charles -- I believe) continued to push me to go through them for a loan after I repeatedly told him that I already got a loan through my bank.
