We were looking for the lowest purchasing price and the best trade in value for our 2002 Honda Accord, and that is exactly what we got. Our sales consultant was Yves Olivier and he was a perfect match for us. He was very attentive and listened carefully to all our requests. He knew his product well and was very patient about answering our questions and explaining options. We never felt pressured to make a deal, and he gave us plenty of private time to talk and think things over. We especially appreciated how efficient he was about taking care of our loan application, insurance requirements and DMV issues. He even set up our first maintenance appointment for July. Yves made our purchase as stress free and pleasant as possible. We left with just the car we wanted at the price we had hoped to pay. Above and beyond: The next day I called Yves in the middle of a snow storm and asked if he could find 6 CDs I had left in my old car. FedEx delivered them to me the next day! More
