This is the second Honda we purchased at Atlantic and we will be back to purchase a third when it is time to trade our Pilot in. Joey and the people at Atlantic Honda are the BEST. I've leased 4 Odysseys thru them as well as 2 Civics, and recommended others that led to the leaseing of 3 CRV's and 2 Pilots. I had been looking to buy a car for almost a month, visited 9 different dealerships and spoke to many sales associates and managers. Most of them were very pushy, seem to have no patience, and promise visited 9 different dealerships and spoke to many sales associates and managers. Most of them were very pushy, seem to have no patience, and promised me great deals and great value, yet- NONE OF THEM DID ANYTHING OR OFFERED ME A DEAL THAT WOULD WORK UNDER MY BUDGET AND ALLOW ME TO GET THE CAR I WANTED. Last week, after spending all day visiting different dealerships and not been able to buy a car, my brother and I decided to visit ATLANTIC HONDA, it was 8 pm, cold and raining. We walked around the parking lot and spotted a car that I liked. Went inside and MATTHEW (the pre-owned manager) called over RICH. RICH was very attentive from the beginning and took the time to go outside with us, showed us the car with patience and explain all the features it came with even tho it was raining! Once inside the building I explained to RICH that I had a monthly budget for my payments and only so much money to put down, but I needed a car since my old car was falling apart. Rich worked out different numbers along with Matthew, so that I would be able to purchase the car and not go over my budget. They were then able to come up with a GREAT DEAL FOR ME, IT WAS ALONG MY BUDGET AND I WAS BUYING THE CAR I WANTED! RICH was very ACTIVE, UNDERSTOOD my situation the whole time, and was PATIENT unlike the other people I had spoke to at the other dealerships. The next day I went over to pick up the car, RICH was FRIENDLY and VERY ACTIVE as usual and told me he had great news for me, something I really wasnt expecting. MY LOAN WAS CUT DOWN FROM 72 MONTHS TO 60 MONTHS AND MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS REMAINED THE SAME AMOUNT AS WE HAD AGREED!!!! THAT WAS AWESOME FROM RICH, MATTHEW, AND THE WHOLE FINANCE DEPARTMENT! I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE AT ATLANTIC HONDA FOR THEIR HELP, PATIENCE, ATTENTION, AND MOST IMPORTANT FOR HELPING ME FINANCIALLY. Allan was an exceptional salesperson who was straight forward and understanding (he came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule). There was very little sales pressure and no games. I went to Toyota the day before and they were so pushy. Before I knew it they had me dishing out a thousand bucks for car I didn't want. The following day I went to Atlantic Honda the appeareance was much more appealing. Right away Tony Cucinella came down to me and asked if we needed help. He had us test drive a few cars, told me options,Gave me a good deal and wasn't a jerk like the Toyota guy. The Finance office was easy going and overall I've had a great experience. Since I've had the car, Tony has called a couple of times to ask how our purchase was and he's answered all questions I've had. I strongly recomend Atlantic Honda and Tony Cucinella. More
