The service was was unprofessional. The sales rep kept lying about the car being ready and was uninterested in helping me once he knew I was taking a vehicle. Every aspect of my experience was great. Each individual I dealt with from the initial greeting and introduction to Belinda to the final discussions with the finance manager. I have recommended him to over 5 family members and they all walked out happy. Not only is the service great but so is the quality of the cars. Like I said this is my 3rd Honda Accord and I will not trade it for another type of car. I go to Atlantic Honda because of the hospitality service and because I can trust them to do good by me. I wanted to lower my interest rate and Jose was able to lower my rate by 6% and lower my payments. I guarantee you will not walk out of this dealership feeling like you made a bad choice.
