I can say she really tried the best she could, but she wasn't very knowledgeable about the cars themselves. Also she had a really thick accent and I could barely understand a word she was saying. At this point I was ready to leave out of straight frustration over the situation. This was when James stepped in to help her out. From this point on I dealt exclusively with James who was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and courteous. Buying/ trying to lease a car is a pretty stressful situation, but James was able to make me feel very comfortable, making it a very pleasant experience. When my lease is up, I would definitely come back to this Honda dealership specifically in order to be able to work with James again. More
