Buying my 2015 Accord Sport I purchased a 2012 Accord LXP approximately 9 months ago and was unhappy with a few cosmetic issues with the car, it drove fine, actually quite well, I purchased a 2012 Accord LXP approximately 9 months ago and was unhappy with a few cosmetic issues with the car, it drove fine, actually quite well, So I went back to Atlantic Honda to see Rick Alessi, who is very professional and made me very happy with getting the car fixed to my satisfaction. Instead of getting the car fixed, I spoke to my original salesman Larry Ellis about trading my car in and getting a new car. Larry Ellis worked with me with negotiating my trade in value, monthly payments and price for the new car. He was very helpful and definitely did the right thing by me, I am very satisfied with my 2nd experience at Atlantic Honda with Larry Ellis. Thanks again Larry More

He cared about my wants and needs and was going to go above and beyond to make it happen and be within the price range that I needed. He listened to all of my "must-haves" and then racked his brain to make sure that I left today in the car that I wanted in the price that I could afford. I actually ended up leaving to get lunch and while I was gone he continued to work on crunching numbers and searching his database for the exact car that would fit my needs. I have had experiences in the past with other dealerships that are so unprofessional and you feel pressured to buy certain cars because a certain sales quota needs to be met. "Uncle Mike" did not make me feel like that for a single second today. He cares and is such a people person. Thank you so much Mike!
