She was told batteries are not covered and that it would be $110 for a new one. I was upset because we hadn't yet had the car for 90 days and felt that something should be done. I went in and saw Richard LoBraico (The Pre-owned manager), who told me that even though batteries are not generally covered, he was going to take care of it for me. He was a real gentleman and I was very happy with his response. I previously bought 2 new cars, and most recently the 2011 CRV from Atlantic Honda. Once we identified our choice in vehicle (CRX) John worked with us to identify the best set of payment options and made sure we would be happy, and comfortable. This was the nicest experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. John took the time and had patience with us as we went through the decision making process, and explained the benefits of some of our decisions. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer to get a remote start installed.
