No Negotiations Needed! It was a Sunday and they open at 11 AM. On our way to the dealership, I called at 10:45 AM asking if they have a particular model, including the color It was a Sunday and they open at 11 AM. On our way to the dealership, I called at 10:45 AM asking if they have a particular model, including the color I want, in stock. To my surprise, someone picked up the phone even if they were not officially open yet. All other dealerships let their phone ring. The receptionist transferred my call to Roxana. Roxana checked what I wanted and said they have two units in stock. We arrived at 11:05 AM and was greeted by Roxana who sent us onto Elvis. Elvis took us to the car we called about. We took it for a test drive and came back to the showroom to talk numbers. We told Elvis what we want to pay and the preferred terms. He wrote it down, talked to his manager, came back, and said ok. I then asked him to throw in the heavy duty floor mats since the car's interior color wasn't really my first choice. Elvis said he will speak with his manager about the floor mats. Elvis came back and said ok, we can throw in the floor mats. Done! Two hours later after speaking with Charles, the finance manager, and signing about 30 documents with another finance manager, I drove the car off the lot. This was probably the easiest car purchase to date. No negotiations whatsoever other than they throwing in the heavy duty floor mats that I asked for. Keep in mind, we went to five other dealerships the day before and did our homework, including getting pre-approved for financing and car insurance coverage. Elvis understood that we did our homework and the price we came in with was the lowest they can go. No going back and forth and meeting me halfway like the other guys. I highly recommend buying a car from Atlantic Honda, but make sure you shop around and get your credit history in order. Ask for Elvis. He will definitely take care of you! More

Great Sales dept BUT there service dept does not impress!!!! Well I had planned on writing this super long detailed review. But every time I try to sit and write I'm interrupted by my 4 month old who's teething. Well I had planned on writing this super long detailed review. But every time I try to sit and write I'm interrupted by my 4 month old who's teething. So its going to be short sweet and to the point. We came in to look at some pre-owned Honda Pilots. Jesus called us to schedule an appointment and we went in a few days after we stalked there inventory online and in store when we visited on a sunday morn. We were instantly greeted by a man with not only a sense of humor but a giant smile. Jesus got to know us a bit and asked what we were looking into and we gave him stock #'s of vehicles we were interested in. He took us to them ...... pulled them out ...... opened them up and left us to look and touch and inspect to our liking. Answered every question ...... and was the most patient .... non pushy salesman I have ever delt with. We picked a vehicle ..... it had a cracked taillight and he called in Richie to see about what they could do. Well Richie is a talker..... and after a half hr of this and that a bunch of laughs and stuff not even to do w the sale of the car we came to an agreement. We shook hands and off we went. the following day we came to pick up our new pilot and trade in my beloved equinox. To our surprise the car was NOT ready.... the detail dept left dirty rags in the car and well didn't do an outstanding job cleaning it, Richie was on it. Car went back in to be detailed while we signed papers. We left with a re-cleaned car a we owe for the taillight and a free detail for when we return. 2 days later we return to drop off the car for taillight ..... we come pick it up and all seems well. Till we get home and realize the taillight they just replaced DOESNT WORK!!!!! Needless to say we are NOT happy but again Richie and Jesus stepped up and took care of the issue. We returned and got our light fixed and went on our way. I recommend both these sales man for the sole purpose of they do whatever they need to too make sure you leave happy!!!!! And they do it with a smile. I really enjoyed our experience with them!!!!! As far as there service dept goes ..... NOT AT ALL impressed and whoever does there detail work needs to be retrained. Leather seats or any seats for that matter collect dirt and grime in the creases of the seat..... ours were still filled with dirt when we got it back after our second detail. So much for a short but sweet review. More

He's a straight shooter, tells you like it is, and I really appreciate. I ended up buying a 2015 Accord that I absolutely love, at a price I'm comfortable with. Larry Ellis made it work for us even with the credit issue we had. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership and Larry.
