He thoroughly explained the fairly extensive work needed on one of the cars, and offered reasonable and generous discounts. My wife and I both commented to each other that Alex provided one of the best car customer service experiences we've ever had. These two gentleman worked together like fist in glove WHILE listening to the needs and desires of this harried commuter.
