I'm completely unsatisfied with the service. My service rep was fine, my complaint is with your "mechanics". I came in for an oil change and an inspection, specifically on my tires. I already told Honda what was wrong with the car (wheel alignment and tire change). I waited in the lobby for 4hours for this oil change and inspection. Only to find that they say NOTHING of the wheel alignment and tire issue I brought up, but instead gave me "recommended" repairs worth $1300 that they admitted is purely a recommendation and not needed. I then had to essentially teach your mechanics to look at my car several times because they could spot that said tire needed to be replaced and that I indeed needed a wheel alignment. $500 later and my tire light is still on. I'm completely unsatisfied with the work and honestly incompetence of your "professionals" More

As a business owner I do not appreciate spending 7-1/2 hours in a dealership. I should have been told to come back on a date and time when all the paperwork was ready. I find it hard to believe that someone didnt know that I would be there all day. not only was I told just a little longer each time I iquired about how longit would take, I then had to miss a dinner with my wife who was not happy. I suppose this is my fault i should have just left. If i treated my customers this way I probably woudn't have any. This is no joke, I arrived a 10 am and left at 5:45. For what purpose did they need me to stay there. After all was said and done I had to leave with dealer plates because they could not get a hold of my insurance agent. More

Your policy of charging patrons who use credit cards is unfair. My bill was much higher than expected...I do not carry hundreds of dollars with me, so I was compelled to pay a surcharge.
