Well if you just contacted your customers who left voicemails and called everyday begging to be heard then you wouldn't need to respond like this. I waited hoping you guys would make it right like you promised but stupidly I waited to get back and now my car has more scratches than ever. I should have just accepted that you would not follow through on your promises and gotten the PPF right away to prevent more scratches. Let this be a lesson to anyone who reads this review, don't expect anything they promise the moment you leave the dealer. Just expect wasted time and money. It's a shame because I wanted to love the car but now I just see the scratches and remember all the painful memories of being ignored by your sales team managers for the past few months.
