The management and salespeople work hard to make customers happy, that is why I went back to them in the first place. Phil Ward worked with me both on my old lease and my current lease. I learned that although I missed the presidents day sales that was going on, the deal he got for me was really good. The service sucked. They told me it was a 2 hour wait and it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Nicholas was just a bad service advisor. Went to him a few times and he told me that they were going to work on the it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Nicholas was just a bad service advisor. People that came after me left before me. I only went in for oil change I shouldn't had to wait 3 hours. The guy that brought the car out was actually pretty nice he apologized and informed me that they were short staff and they were moving as fast as they could, which if Nicholas would have told me that when I arrived I would have rescheduled my appointment instead of waiting around for 3 hours. Chris texted and ask about my experience when I texted and explained he never responded back to the message I guess it doesn't matter to him either. More

I was assisted by an agent by the name of Eugene Kelly. He was so informative and knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. A great personality and applied no pressure on me.
